•John Balma, 38, of 912 Indiana Ave., Cheboygan, WI was arrest on Aug. 28 on U.S. 90 at Myrtle and charged with possession of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance (crack cocaine). The above subject was stopped for suspicious person and further investigation revealed Balma to be in possession of crack cocaine.

The above subject was stopped for speeding and further investigation revealed the subject to be in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana. […]
