Do you know who would be the best Clerk of Court, Assessor or State Senator? Have your voice heard during this year’s elections by registering to vote during Voter Registration Drives in the coming week. Next week is the state’s Annual Voter Registration Week and the St. Charles Parish Registrar of Voters will hold drives at the following locations:
Aug. 30: East Regional Library (Destrehan), 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Aug. 31: Paradis Library, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Sept. 1: St. Rose Library, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Once you have registered, voters can attend the poles in person on Election Day or participate in early voting or mail-in ballots.
