Sheriff’s Reports – March 21, 2019

Arrests

  • Nathan Ordonye, 32, of 184 Martin Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested March 16and charged with DWI (second offense), possession of alcohol, possession of legend drug and possession of marijuana.
  • Alasia Finley, 18, of 4444 Francis Drive in New Orleans, was arrested March 13 and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, theft of a firearm, illegal use of weapons and aggravated criminal damage to property.
  • Joshua Smith, 34, of 110 Hillock Court in Hammond, was arrested March 13 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lashay Taylor, 28, of 389 Hahn St. in Hahnville, was arrested March 13 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. She had an attachment (two counts) and was a fugitive (two counts).
  • Joshua Smith, 34, of 110 Hillock Court in Hammond, was arrested March 13 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents

  • A lawnmower was stolen from a Hwy. 90 location in Boutte on March 17.
  • A garden hose was stolen from a West Heather Drive address in Luling on March 16.
  • A Luling victim attempted to send a $200 security deposit to a vendor for the purchase of a vehicle but later learned the purchase was a scam and the money stolen. The victim filed a report March 16.

  1. Amazing! Lawnmower stolen yet no mention of me crossing on bike to the levee trail here in St. Rose……no broken bones, but car looked messed up pretty good.
