LULING – The St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department will hold its fourth annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30 at the West Bank Bridge Park.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. The hunt is open to kids ages 1 to 10 years. A $2 donation is required to participate. A picture with a bunny is an additional $5.
An egg hunt grand prize will be given to each age group from 1-3 year olds, 4-6 year olds and 7-10 year olds to those who find the ‘prize egg’. Those participating are asked to bring their own basket as there will be plenty of candy to be found.
A hat contest will also be held at 10 a.m. where one grand prize will be given. Boys and girls who enter are encouraged to be creative.
The hunt is sponsored in conjunction with the Special Olympics and Caring Strategies. The West Bank Bridge Park is located at 13825 River Road in Luling. Call (985) 783-5090 for more information.
