Arrests
• Christopher Guillard, 23, of 100 Evangeline Ave. in Destrehan, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with three counts of unauthorized use of an access card.
• Robert Jacob Jr., 43, of 4381 LA 306, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with possession of stolen property, resisting arrest by refusing to provide ID and on warrant for shoplifting.
• Rafphael Elmore, 33, of 2625 Panama St. in Kenner, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with issuing worthless checks under $100, display plate, operating vehicle with suspended license and was a fugitive from another agency.
• Juan Reid, 36, of 310 East Club Dr. in St. Rose, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with simple robbery, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, simple battery, domestic abuse battery, violation of probation/parole, entry/remain after forbidden, resisting an officer and prohibited acts under the age of 17.
• Keith Turley, 28, of 700 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with aggravated burglary and domestic abuse child endangerment.
• Monroe Wilson III, 28, of 940 Patton Ln. in Bridge City, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
• Sherri Melancon, 53, of 1503 Main St. in LaPlace, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, possession of SCH II, possession of SCH III, possession of SCH IV and two counts of possession of prescription required legend drug.
• Iran Cage, 41, of 1811 Moisant St. in Kenner, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with three counts of being a fugitive from another agency, lacking vehicle required headlamp, operating vehicle with suspended license, open alcohol container in vehicle, SCH II possession of a CDS, possession of marijuana (fourth offense), use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
• Travis Lee Joseph, 35, of 237 Good Children St. in Boutte, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
• Tyrone Duncan, 25, of 9102 Bunker Hill Road in New Orleans, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with use of multiple beam, possession of marijuana (first offense), distribution of heroin and two counts of being a fugitive from another agency.
• Simone Rowel, 32, of 1200 Milton St. in New Orleans, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), distribution of heroin and being a fugitive from another agency.
• Jazsmin Housend, 25, of 102 Edna Dr. in Des Allemands, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with second degree battery.
