Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Austin St. Pierre, 22, of 1710 Kenner Ave. in Kenner, was arrested July 17 and charged with simple burglary (two counts), criminal trespassing and simple criminal damage to property. He had an attachment.
• Chad Brown, 26, of 4961 Evida St. in Lafayette, was arrested July 19 and charged with domestic abuse battery of a pregnant victim.
• Arthur Allday III, 29, of 305 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose, was arrested July 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, running at large, possession of marijuana, disturbing the peace, illegal use of CDS in presence of persons under 17 and sale, distribution or possession of a legend drug without prescription or order prohibited.
• Rodrick Gray, 43, of 479 Ocean Ave. in Gretna, was arrested July 16 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, suspended driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless operation. He had an attachment.
• James Cheek III, 35, of 134 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz, was arrested July 15 and charged with vehicle license required, possession of heroin, suspended driver’s license, DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia, switched plate and no registration. He was a fugitive (six counts) with an attachment (two counts).
• Jeremy Levanda, 39, of 106 Stanton Hall in Destrehan, was arrested July 13 and charged with possession of cocaine.
• Corey Morton, 41, of 40 Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested July 13 and charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
• John Gauthreaux, 41, of 2609 Cambridge Drive in LaPlace, was arrested July 13 and charged with resisting an officer and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He had an attachment.
• Walter Williams, 50, of 236 Annex St. in New Sarpy, was arrested July 14 and charged with distribution of heroin, distribution of amphetamine, transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, possession of suboxone and possession with intent to distribute Xanax.
