Arrests

•Denise M. Waterman, 41, of 4429 Louisiana 306 Hwy. in Bayou Gauche, was arrested on May 29 and charged with D.W.I.

•Byron Griffith, 24, of 249 E. 24th St. in Reserve, was arrested on May 29 and charged with D.W.I., suspended driver’s license, improper control of vehicle and public intimidation.

•Roy S. Sosa, 21, of 66 Dunleith Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on May 30 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Jared A. Simoneaux, 18, of 224 Murray Hill Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on May 31 and charged with underage D.W.I., failure to dim, possession of Marijuana and possession with intent – Drug Paraphernalia.

•Tina M. Penn, 41, of 2168 Carmel Valley Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on May 29 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Blaze P. Dempster, 17, of 304 Talbot Drive in Luling, was arrested on May 31 and charged with D.W.I., hit and run and reckless operation.

•Joshua J. Murphy, 19, of 214 Lafaille St. in Paradis, was arrested on May 27 and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile.

•Dontrell A. Diggs, 19, of 323 River Ridge Drive in Boutte, was arrested on June 1 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Roland Clement, 21, of 14491 LA 631 in Paradis, was arrested on June 1 and charged with sexual battery, oral sexual battery, indecent behavior with a juvenile, carnal knowledge of a juvenile (4 cts.) and contributing to delinquency of a juvenile (3 cts.).

•David S. Vaughan, 43, of 428 E. Hickory St. in Ponchatoula, was arrested on June 2 and charged with D.W.I., speeding and open container.

•Leonard Walker Jr., 39, of 117 Rosemary Court in LaPlace, was arrested on June 2 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, driver not licensed and open container.

Theft

•A rocking chair, total value of $140, was stolen from 302 Primrose Drive in Luling on May 28.

•A Weed Eater, generator, chain saw, two boat speakers and a gas can, total value of $1,013, were stolen from 505 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose on May 28.

•A laptop, bicycle and a heavy-duty extension ladder, total value of $1,600, were stolen from 103 Bernard Ave. in Ama on May 28.

•A smart phone, total value of $150, was stolen from 306 5th St. in Norco on May 29.

•Assorted food and an undetermined amount of U.S. currency were stolen from a business at 13505 Hwy. 90 in Boutte on May 29.

•Two bicycles, two fishing rods and assorted clothing, total value of $350, were stolen from 394 Ash St. in Boutte on May 30.

•A radio/DVD player, total value of $315, was stolen out of a vehicle at 310 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on May 30.

•Two headrests and two LCD monitors, total value of $600, were stolen out of a vehicle at 500 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on May 30.

•A purse, assorted U.S. Currency and assorted medications were stolen out of a vehicle at 415 Apple St. in Norco on May 31.

•Four truck batteries were stolen out of two delivery trucks at 161 West James Drive in St. Rose on May 26.

•Six vehicle batteries were stolen out of two vehicles at 150 Teal St. #220 in St. Rose on May 26.

•Assorted food, assorted tennis shoes and four boxes of diapers were stolen from 312 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on May 26.

•Assorted lawn equipment and a gas can, total value of $565, were stolen from 412 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose on May 26.

•Two truck batteries were stolen out of a delivery truck at 150 Widgeon in St. Rose on May 26.

•Assorted stereo equipment was stolen out of a vehicle at 1 Summerton Drive in St. Rose on May 28.

•Assorted stereo equipment was stolen out of a vehicle at 200 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on May 28.

•A CD player, total value of $200, was stolen out of a vehicle at 428 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose on May 28.

•A horse trailer, total value of $2,000, was stolen from 428 Ellen St. in Ama on June 1.

•A laptop computer, total value of $1,000, was stolen from 351 Woodland Drive in Boutte on June 1.

•An MP3 player and a radio transmitter, total value of $190, were stolen out of a vehicle at 208 Davis Drive in Luling on June 1.
