Arrests
• Michael Woods Jr., 50, of 215 Dufresne Drive in Vacherie, was arrested April 24 and charged with residential contractor fraud.
• Brandon Casanova, 40, of 518 Dianne Drive in Luling, was arrested April 20 and charged with obstruction of justice – intimidation.
• Emanuel Harris Jr., of 146 Pitt Road in Boutte, was arrested April 19 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Kim Smith Jr., 33, of 135 Pleasant Valley Drive in Bayou Gauche, was arrested April 19 and charged with simple criminal damage to property, unauthorized entry of a place of business and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Brenda Smith, 54, of 135 Pleasant Valley Drive in Bayou Gauche, was arrested April 19 and charged with accessories after the fact (three counts).
• Kim Smith Sr., 68, of 135 Pleasant Valley Drive in Bayou Gauche, was arrested April 19 and charged with accessories after the fact (three counts).
• Kenneth Dufour Jr., 42, of 1226 Luling Estates Drive in Luling, was arrested April 19 and charged with simple criminal damage to property (three counts).
