Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

•Noe Milla, 34, of 524 Sixteenth St. in Gretna, was arrested on July 29 and charged with aggravated battery and simple criminal damage under $500.

•Danny Holmes, 26, of 40 Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested on July 29 and charged with possession of Marijuana (3rd offense).

•Maxcine M. Martin, 44, of 148 Hollywood Park in Montz, was arrested on July 26 and charged with aggravated battery and resisting an officer (2 cts.).

•Chris A. Robertson, 43, of 3501 Roger Williams St. in New Orleans, was arrested on  Aug. 1 and charged with simple burglary (2 cts.).

•Rudell D. Clark, 50, of 259 Johnson St. in Ama, was arrested on Aug. 1 and charged with cruelty to animals (6 cts.), resisting an officer, rabies vaccine required (5 cts.), dogs on tethers (3 cts.), pit bull registration required (3 cts.) and breeder registration required.

•Andre L. Sanders, 20, of 845 Hoover St. in Destrehan, was arrested on Aug. 2 and charged with possession of SCH II – Cocaine, possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Nathan Lizardo, 29, of 266 Riverview Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Aug. 2 and charged with possession of Heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple battery and theft.

•Brent L. Hetzler, 34, of 2020 Hester Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Aug. 2 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, suspended driver’s license and no insurance.

•Jairon Q. Piper, 17, of 138 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with pornography with a juvenile.

•Luther Comardelle Jr., 29, of 210 Matthew Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with simple rape.

Theft

•A bicycle, total value of $115, was stolen from 1 Blueberry Hill in Boutte on Aug. 1.

•Assorted tools were stolen from 11 Storehouse Lane in Destrehan on July 29.

•Assorted prescription medication was stolen from 16166 LA 631 in Des Allemands on July 29.

•An amplifier and assorted paperwork were stolen out of a vehicle at 501 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on July 31.

•Three bicycles were stolen from 428 Sharon Ave. in Boutte on July 30.

•An edger and a blower were stolen from 163 Gourgues in Hahnville on July 30.

•A diamond bracelet and diamond earrings were stolen from 100 Duhe Drive in Hahnville on July 31.
