Arrests
• Ryan Hill, 33, of 398 Ash Street in Boutte, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with aggravated second degree battery.
• Warren Jordan, 56, of 401 Hooper Drive in Kenner, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with residential contractor fraud.
• James Newport, 32, of 126 Mott Street in Des Allemands, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with domestic abuse battery/pregnant victim. There was a warrant for his arrest (three counts) and an attachment.
• Rahmad Allen, 43, of 2111 Dumaine Street in New Orleans, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of firearm/carry concealed weapon by convicted felon, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of/dealing in firearms with obliterated number/mark, traffic violation and taking contraband from penal institution prohibited. He was a fugitive.
• Danielle Catchings, 35, of 1721 Wagner Street in New Orleans, was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of/dealing in firearms with obliterated number/mark.
• Karen Melancon, 53, of 124 Pine Street in Boutte, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with simple criminal damage to property.
• Alexandra Schexnayder, 28, of 118 Meyers Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and resisting an officer.
• Austin Hebert, 22, of 109 Lovely Iris Lane in Duson, was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with possession of Xanax, illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of marijuana, traffic violation and possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia.
• Justin Terrell, 29, of 2201 Severn Avenue in Metairie, was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of marijuana, possession of psilocybin (mushrooms) and traffic violation. He was a fugitive.
