Arrests

  • Elijah Powell, 21, of 112 Riverview Drive in St. Rose, was arrested May 22 and charged with illegal use of a weapon. He was a fugitive (two counts).
  • Joshua Martin, 28, of 179 Milli St. in Raceland, was arrested May 22 and charged with domestic abuse child endangerment and simple criminal damage $500-$50,000.
  • Richard Mancuso, 40, 248 Evangeline Road in Montz, was arrested May 22 and charged with distribution of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest by violence. He was a fugitive (three counts).
  • Scott Landry, 47, of 22227 South Train Road in Mandeville, was arrested May 20 and charged with display of temporary registration, operating vehicle with suspended driver’s license, possession of marijuana (second offense) and possession with intent to distribute legend drug. He was a fugitive and had an attachment (two counts).
  • Ellen Fabre-Woods, 40, of 827 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested May 18 and charged with possession of Schedule IV, improper lane usage and mirrors required.
  • Durwyn Richard, 29, of 39 East St. in Norco, was arrested May 18 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule V drugs, possession of contraband in correctional center, obstruction of justice, speeding, renewal registration and expired inspection sticker.
  • Arnold Silvestri, 30, of 47 West B St. in Norco, was arrested May 17 and charged with theft $750-$5,000.
  • Rayshun Diante, 24, was arrested May 17 and charged with cruelty to a juvenile.
  • Jazmine Castleberry, of 2324 Jefferson Ave. in Harvey, was arrested May 20 and charged with burglary of a moveable vehicle (three counts).
  • Charles Howard, 25, of 304 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan, was arrested May 21 and charged with speeding, possession of stolen firearm and felony carrying of illegal weapon.
  • Scott Hargrove, 50, of 162 Myrtle St. in Boutte, was arrested May 19 and charged with false personation of a police officer, theft of $650-$5,000, computer fraud and cyber stalking.
  • Alaney Favorite, 17, of 400 East 6th St. in Edgard, was arrested May 18 and charged with theft $750-$5,000.
  • Ramone Clemens, 17, of 231 Mimosa Ave. in Luling, was arrested May 18 and charged with possession of stolen property $500-$1,500, simple battery, simple criminal damage, criminal trespass and obstruction of justice.
  • Brittany Meeks, 24, of 303 Eisenhower St. in St. Rose, was arrested May 18 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
  • Kyle Alphonse, 25, of 148 Kennedy St. in St. Rose, was arrested May 18 and charged with simple batter (two counts) and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.

Incidents

  • A television was stolen from an East Club Drive residence in St. Rose on May 21.
  • A Toro lawnmower was missing from the inventory of a business on Riverbend Drive in St. Rose on May 17.
  • A red weed eater, a clock, four Elvis statues and an Elvis gift set was stolen from a West B St. residence in Norco on May 18.
  • A victim was robbed by a black male clad in a blue hoodie and blue jeans on Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on May 18.
  • A victim found their Luling business on Paul Maillard Road burglarized on May 18, with a deep fryer, nacho cheese dispenser, a Super King fryer and a cotton candy machine stolen.
  • A cellphone was taken from a victim at the Boutte Walmart on May 18.
  • A residence located on River Road in St. Rose  was burglarized and a bracelet and bandana stolen on May 18.
