Sheriff’s Report 6-9-2016

Arrests

  • Steve Isaac, 40, of 111 Fir Street in Boutte, was arrested May 25 and charged with possession with intent to sell Schedule IV (Trazadone) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mardi Brown, 35, of 454 Boutte Estates in Boutte, was arrested May 31 and charged with failure to register.
  • Marvin Alexander, 30, of 9989 Burbank in Baton Rouge, was arrested May 31 and charged with speeding, driving with suspended license and possession of a stolen automobile valued over $500.
  • Brandy Harris, 29, of 1329 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested May 31 and charged with simple battery and aggravated assault.
  • Michael Stanco, 61, of 420 Lac Calcasieu Drive in Luling, was arrested May 29 and charged with unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling, false imprisonment, stalking and making harassing phone calls.
  • Brian Thompson, 22, of 1117 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested May 28 and charged with theft of up to $750.
  • John Barnes, 71, of 925 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested May 28 and charged with worthless checks over $500. He was a fugitive from another agency.
  • Lamar Simmons, 24, of 512 Julia St. in Hahnville, was arrested May 28 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. He had an attachment.
  • Terry Jupiter, 43, of 304 Post St. in Killona, was arrested May 30 and charged with theft of up to $750.
  • Brad Martin, 36, of 101 Jenny Court in Montz, was arrested May 28 and charged with driving on the roadway lane for traffic and DWI (first offense).
  • Tremaine Scott, 32, of 313 8th St. in New Sarpy, was arrested May 28 and charged with possession of marijuana (4th offense) and bringing contraband into correctional center.
  • Kendall Simmons, 23, of 702 Paul Fredrick Street in Luling, was arrested May 26 and charged with simple escape, resisting arrest by flight, resisting arrest by force/violence, simple obstruction of a highway, attachment, violation of probation/parole, cyber stalking, violation of a protective order and making harassing phone calls.
  • Shawn Clarke, 25, of 608 East Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested May 26 and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and illegal carrying of a firearm.
  • Jeffrey Clark, 39, of 5 Sweetgum Lane in St. Rose, was arrested May 26 and charged with aggravated assault.
  • Lucy Young, 24, of 503 South Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested May 27 and charged with accessory to simple criminal damage to property.
  • Chelcy Hills, 20, of 1734 Paul Maillard Road in Boutte, was arrested May 27 and charged with aggravated assault, simple criminal damage to property ($500-$50,000)
  • Dequinn Williams, 21, of 13486 U.S. Highway 90, was arrested June 2 and charged with second degree battery and simple battery.
  • Keri Neese, 40, of 334 Magnolia Ave. in Boutte, was arrested June 2 and charged with simple battery and aggravated assault.
  • Tavon Walker, 35, of 71 Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested June 2 and charged with license plate light, open alcohol container in vehicle and possession of marijuana (second offense).
  • Melissa Runnels, 28, of 225 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested June 2 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a CDS in presence of someone under 17 and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
  • Beau Hebert, 35, of 225 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested June 2 and charged with possession of marijuana (second offense), possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a CDS in presence of someone under 17, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile,  use of a firearm in presence of a CDS, unlawful use of body armor, felony carrying an illegal weapon and transactions involving proceeds from a CDS.
  • Austin Bentel, 17, of 1016 Alta St. in Metairie, was arrested June 2 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
