Arrests

• Toney Thibodeaux Jr., 35, of 215 Carlon Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested June 9 and charged with possession of SCH IV—Xanax and illegal carrying of a weapon.

• April Moss, 32, of 522 Barreca St. in Norco, was arrested June 9 and charged with possession of a legend drug (three counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia. She had an attachment.

• Brandon Rankin, 27, of 1231 Laurel St. in Baton Rouge, was arrested June 9 and charged with attempted simple burglary and theft between $750-5,000. He had an attachment.

• Jason Anderson, 23, of 12238 River Road in St. Rose, was arrested June 9 and charged with simple battery, aggravated assault and simple criminal damage.

• Julio Funez, 34, of 159 Betty Lane in LaPlace, was arrested June 9 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and driver not licensed.

• Dameron Joseph Jr., 21, of 7116 Warfield St. in New Orleans, was arrested June 8 and charged with theft and forgery.

• Christopher Schouest, 19, of 405 Lauve Lane in Luling, was arrested June 8 and charged with sexual battery (two counts) and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

• Perry Chopin, 31, of 276 Magnolia Road in Boutte, was arrested June 8 and charged with monetary instrument abuse.

• Mark Madere, 28, of 234 Dunleith Drive in Destrehan, was arrested June 9 and charged with DWI, speeding and driving in the roadway lane of traffic.

• Gerold Jolley, 57, of 328 Judicary Drive in Avondale, was arrested June 5 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

• Darrick Cade, 39, of 2004 N. Sugar Ridge Road in St. Rose, was arrested June 3 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, suspended driver’s license, possession of Schedule IV and causing prohibited excessive noise.

• James Osborne IV, 34, of 1955 Denver Drive in Baton Rouge, was arrested June 5 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and vehicular negligent injury.

• Darius Crump, of 310 E. Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested June 7 and charged with DWI, open container, operating under prior suspension and driving in the roadway lane of traffic. He was a fugitive with an attachment.

• Joel Ybarra, 42, of 211 E. 21st St. in Little Rock, Ark., was arrested June 7 and charged with DWI, vehicular homicide, failure to maintain proper control of vehicle and open container.

Thefts

• A window-mounted a/c unit was taken from the window of a residence on West B Street in Norco on May 31.

• A mailbox was knocked off its pole at a residence on Oakley Drive in Destrehan on May 31.

• A vehicle was taken from an automotive body repair shop located on Almedia Plantation Road in St. Rose between the dates of April 19 and May 31.

• A victim noted suspicious activity and unauthorized purchases on her Capitol One banking card on May 30.

• A dog was discovered missing from a victim’s St. Charles Street yard in Norco and it is believed juveniles stole the pet and fled the area on foot on May 29.

• Two mountain bikes were stolen from 182 Kinler St. in Boutte on June 9.

• A cell phone and U.S. currency was stolen from 213 Post St. in Killona on June 9.

• AC coils, an aluminum meter pan, 50 wrenches and a ladder were stolen from 123 Crochet Lane in Des Allemands on June 4.

• An I-Phone 6 Plus was stolen from 104 Apple Court in Luling on June 4.

• A purse, two laptops, a laptop case and assorted cosmetics were stolen from 164 Tower Lane in Montz on June 4.

• A gold wedding band was stolen out of a vehicle parked at 131 Edna Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• A camera and a pair of binoculars were stolen out of a vehicle parked at 114 Edna Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• Two pairs of costa sunglasses were stolen out of a vehicle parked at 102 Edna Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• A pair of sunglasses with a Saints lanyard were stolen out of a vehicle parked at 93 Shamrock Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• A dirt bike was stolen from 138 Edna Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• A 55-inch flat screen television was stolen from 132 Edna Drive in Des Allemands on June 3.

• A Marine battery and two car batteries were stolen from 17394 LA 631 in Des Allemands on June 2.

• Two heavy duty jacks were stolen from 90 Ormond Meadow Drive in Destrehan on June 3.

• Assorted tools were stolen from 123 Michael Drive in Bayou Gauche on June 3.

• A pair of costa sunglasses were stolen from 102 Michael Drive in Bayou Gauche on June 3.

• A utility trailer containing assorted lawn equipment was stolen from 241 Dianne Drive in St. Rose on June 4.

• Two poker machines were broken into at a business located at 13527 LA 18 in Luling on June 5.

• Two pallets of motor oil were stolen from 10352 River Road in St. Rose on June 6.
