Sheriff’s Reports 5-2-2013

Arrests

•Stacy L. Tastet, 42, of 109 Elizabeth Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Sara E. Guiterrez, 43, of 1564 Kings St. in Harvey, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and open container.

•Tammarcia Carmouche, 27, of 2207 Springbrook Lane in New Orleans, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, open container and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Brent J. Alexander, 29, of 409 Longview Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 21 and charged with aggravated battery, resisting arrest by violence and simple criminal damage.

•Toryian L. Williams, 27, of 121 N. Laurel St. in Metairie, was arrested on April 20 and charged with cruelty to a juvenile, an SCSO attachment, as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and as a fugitive from Kenner.

•Carl J. Rabito, 20, of 63 Avant Garde Court in Kenner, was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession of heroin, driver’s license not on person, an SCSO attachment, as a fugitive for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Derreck Taylor, 19, of 356 2nd St. in St. Rose, was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, license not kept on self, proper equipment not on vehicle and improper turn signal.

•Quentin Zeno Jr., 17, of 49 Oakley Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession with intent to sell schedule I controlled substance marijuana.

•Hugo Juarez, 30, of 533 Evangeline Court in LaPlace, was arrested on April 28 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and illegal alien operating a motor vehicle.

•David Neihart, 55, of 179 E. Oakland Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on April 27 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, open container and not having a driver’s license.

Thefts

•A Playstation 3 gaming console valued at $500 was stolen from 107 Mark Drive in Des Allemands on April 25.

•A digital camera, a memory card and two camera batteries were stolen out of a vehicle at 103 David Drive in Boutte on April 23.

•Assorted jewelry was stolen from 429 Kellog Drive in Luling on April 23.

•A Xbox 360, three controllers and a jug containing money were stolen from 15296 U.S. 90 in Paradis on April 27.

•A mountain bike was stolen from 103 Goodhope St. on April 27.

•A pair of sunglasses, tennis shoes, a messenger bag and iPhone were stolen out of a vehicle in front of 102 Camellia Court in Luling on April 27.

• An iPhone and case were stolen from 124 Longview Drive in Destrehan on April 27.

•A radar detector was stolen out of a vehicle in front of 21 Cathy Drive in Luling on April 27.

•An iPhone was stolen from the 100 block of W. Club Drive in St. Rose on April 27.

•An iPad was stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Boutte on April 26.

•Live fish were stolen out of a cage at the boat dock at 154 Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands on April 27.
