Arrests

•Julia E. Bourgeois, 21, of 1215 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on April 11 and charged with aggravated burglary.

•Daniel Douglas III, 20, of 465 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested on April 11 and charged with obscenity, simple battery and criminal trespass.

•Ivan A. Mejia, 46, of 102 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on April 16 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, open container and an SCSO attachment.

•Davon K. Mitchell, 28, of 103 Woodland Drive in Boutte, was arrested on April 15 and charged with distribution of schedule I controlled substance marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of the illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile.

•Amber R. Mitchell, 26, of 103 Woodland Drive in Boutte, was arrested on April 15 and charged with principle to distribute schedule I drug marijuana and three counts of illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile.

•Christian D. Populis, 27, of 521 Kellogg Drive of Luling, was arrested on April 15 and charged with possession of marijuana and a display plate violation.

•Noel Sumlin, 31, of 1220 Paul Maillard Road in Luling, was arrested on April 15 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of schedule II drug amphetamine, driver not licensed, display plate violation, improper turn signal and amplification of a loud noise.

•Pernell D. Evans, 28, of 236 4th St. in St. Rose, was arrested on April 10 and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule I controlled substance marijuana and disregarding a stop sign.

•Kirby Hebert, 20, of 225 Ormond Village in Destrehan, was arrested on April 10 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of schedule IV controlled substance.

•Troy Landry, 32, of 402 Sharon Ave. in Boutte, was arrested on April 12 and charged with armed robbery.

•Courtney McCoy, 28, of 119 Church St. in Paradis, was arrested on April 12 and charged with armed robbery.

•Vione Braud, 22, of 7801 Scenic Hwy. in Baton Rouge, was arrested on April 12 and charged with accessory to attempted first-degree murder and accessory to armed robbery.

•Brittany R. Laurent, 23, of 132 Michael Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 13 and charged with theft $500-$1,500.

•Rodney D. Casbon, 49, of 300 Eisenhower Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on April 14 and charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, reckless operation and disturbing the peace.

•Peter Ricca Jr., 20, of 114 Thoroughbred Drive in Montz, was arrested on April 12 and charged with theft over $1,500, theft over $500 and forgery.

•Ronald Poole, 44, of 136 Ursula Drive in Avondale, was arrested on April 14 and charged with DWI, suspended driver’s license and speeding.

•Brandon P. Washington, 29, of 14773 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis, was arrested on April 12 and charged with DWI, open container and reckless operation.

•Jeffrey Snowden, 47, of 6311 Fairfax Place in New Orleans, was arrested on April 13 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, three counts of possession/distribution of a pharmaceutical drug, possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

•Elizabeth G. Thomas, 33, of 13 Shenendoah St. in Kenner, was arrested on April 19 and charged with DWI and as fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Tessa Madere, 41, of 249 Murray Hill Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 17 and charged with attempted possession of heroin.

•J.T. Holmes, 20, of 2748 Jasper St. in Kenner, was arrested for attempted distribution of heroin, possession with intent to sell heroin, possession with intent to sell cocaine, counterfeit controlled substance and introduction in correctional facility.

•Kenneth J. Nelson, 21, of 640 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on attempted distribution of heroin.

•China D. Miller, 21, of 211 Holy Cross St. in Kenner, was arrested on April 17 and charged with two counts of resisting an officer, disturbing the peace, two counts of public intimidation, as a fugitive from Kenner and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Kameron M. Sears, 21, of 312 Nottaway Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 17 and charged with 3rd offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to distribute a schedule I controlled substance.

•Derrinique D. Thomas, 20 of 1540 Owens Blvd. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 17 and charged with possession or marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer.

•Stacy L. Tastet, 42, of 109 Elizabeth Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Sara E. Guiterrez, 43, of 1564 Kings St. in Harvey, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and open container.

•Tammarcia Carmouche, 27, of 2207 Springbrook Lane in New Orleans, was arrested on April 21 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, open container and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Brenda K. Lipcsak, 48, of 114 Bonura Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on April 17 and charged with three counts of distribution of pharmaceutical drug and distribution of schedule II controlled substance hydrocodone.

Thefts

•A radio was stolen out of a vehicle at 431 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte on April 16.

•Assorted specialty lighting and equipment were stolen from 10289 Airline Hwy. in St. Rose on April 16.

•Three pairs of sunglasses were stolen out of a vehicle at 1972 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on April 12.

•Assorted medications were stolen from 14190 LA 48 in Destrehan on April 13.

•A 1999 Chevrolet C15 was stolen from 1017 Kinler St. in Luling on April 14.

•Assorted tools and ammunition were stolen from 4331 Oakley Lane in Destrehan on April 14.

•A Playstation 3 gaming system with two games and hair clippers were stolen out of a vehicle at 119 Early St. in Paradis on April 10.

•A 120-quart boiling pot, a burner and propane tank were stolen from 119 Early St. in Paradis on April 10.

•Jewelry and assorted medication were stolen from 188 Villere Drive in Destrehan on April 9.

•A jewelry box containing assorted jewelry, a laptop computer and a bowl containing assorted items and paperwork were stolen from 102 St. John St. in Luling on April 9.

•A pistol was stolen out of a vehicle at 301 Lac Iberville Drive in Luling on April 8.

•An iPad and iPad cover was stolen from 501 E. Heather Drive in Luling on April 8.

•Two cameras and two memory cards were stolen from 501 E. Heather Drive in Luling on April 8.

•An iPad 2 was stolen from 3 Storehouse Lane in Destrehan on April 17.

•A shop vac and a hand dolly were stolen from 309 mark Drive in Des Allemands on April 18.

•A 9 millimeter handgun was stolen from 211 Maryland Drive in Luling on April 21.

•A generator was stolen out of a garage at 211 Maryland Drive in Luling on April 21.

•A .38 caliber revolver was stolen out of a vehicle at 147 St. Joe St. in Ama on April 19.

•A revolver, six .357 magnum bullets and a leather pistol case were stolen out of a vehicle at 211 Maryland Drive on April 20.
