•Sybil McKinney, 56, of 560 McAdoo St. in New Sarpy, was arrested on April 30 and charged with schedule II drug possession.
•Karl Champagne, 52, of 337 St. Charles St. in Hahnville, was arrested on April 30 and charged with improper turn signal, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Cory Meade, 36, of 105 Oaklawn Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on May 1 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and production, manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine.
•Michelle Morgan, 34, of 107 Dee Lane in Luling, was arrested on May 2 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of clonazepam and obstruction of justice.
•John Hough, 51, of 312 Virgil St. in Gretna, was arrested on April 30 and charged with DWI, improper control of vehicle and hit and run driving.
•Kenneth Johnson, of 121 Lakewood Drive in Luling, was arrested on May 1 and charged with second-offense DWI.
•Harris Matherne III, 35, of 660 Magnolia Ridge in Boutte, was arrested on May 1 and charged with second-offense DWI and open alcohol container in vehicle.
•Alvin Scott Jr., 26, of 2712 Williamsburg Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on April 28 and charged with obscenity, criminal trespass and disturbing the peace.
•Jelisa E. Bourgeois, 22, of 813 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on April 26 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
•Henry F. Dominguez, 31, of 2608 Gravier St. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 28 and charged with DWI, hit and run, improper control of vehicle, not having a driver’s license and criminal sanctions for operations.
•Phyllis Barrios, 42, of 4507 Karen Ave. in Jefferson, was arrested on April 26 and charged with DWI.
•Brandon J. Hubbard, 20, of 270 W. 5th St. in LaPlace, was arrested on April 27 and charged with underage DWI, possession of marijuana, open alcohol container and speeding.
•Kelly M. Folse, 31, of 203 Lorraine St. in Destrehan, was arrested on April 26 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, resisting an officer, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent.
