Sheriff’s Reports 5-1-2014

Arrests

  • Jessica Ougel, 43, of 117 St. James St. in Gheens, was arrested on April 19 and charged with DWI and improper control of vehicle.
  • Barry Fahrig, 37, of 120 Market St. in Paradis, was arrested on April 19 and charged with DWI.
  • Allen Lionel, 20, of 1216 Santa Barbara St. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession/manufacture/distribution of marijuana and contraband in a correctional center.
  • Charles Sykes, 30, of 3109 Alex Kornmen Blvd. in Harvey, was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute counterfeit marijuana and contraband in a correctional center.
  • Madeline P. Edwards, 66, of 800 Fonda St. in Paradis, was arrested on April 23 and charged with DWI and improper control of vehicle.
  • Ahmad Hamoudeh, 30, of 3300 Wall Blvd. in Gretna, was arrested on April 24 and charged with distribution of schedule I narcotics, possession with intent to distribute schedule I narcotics and intent to use drug paraphernalia.
  • Sadie L. Ables, 25, of 329 4th St. in Luling, was arrested on April 21 and charged with two counts of  possession and distribution of pharmaceutical drugs,  possession of trenbolone acetate, possession of hydrocodone, suspended driver’s license and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
  • Larry Blackmon, 30, of 107 Woodland Court in Boutte, was arrested on April 21 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
  • Alfred C. Boffone, 28, of 329 Fourth St. in Luling, was arrested on April 22 and charged with possession of trenbolone acetate and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
  • Davian L. Gilton, 27, of 519 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on April 18 and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice, disturbing the peace and simple battery.
  • Gerardo Cervantes, 47, of 49019 Highway 51 in Tickfaw, was arrested on April 21 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, suspended driver’s license and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Thefts

  • Cash, a pair of shorts, assorted jewelry, ear buds, a wallet, credit cards, a military access badge and a black phone were stolen from 127 Oak Manor Lane in St. Rose on April 18.
  • A 400-foot-bundle of PVC pipe was stolen from 101 Riverbend Drive in St. Rose on April 17.
  • A 36-inch television, a Playstation 3 and a laptop computer, valued together at $1,400, were stolen from 112 Woodland Court in Boutte on April 18.
  • A Glock handgun and an extra magazine, together valued at $465, were stolen from a vehicle on April 17.
  • A laptop, a textbook, a scientific calculator and a computer science key code card were stolen from 564 W. McAdoo in Destrehan on April 23.
  • A light green Huffy bicycle and a red and silver boy’s Razor bicycle, total value of $100, were stolen from 25 Elm Place in Luling on April 24.
  • An in-dash DVD/CD/navigation system was stolen out of a vehicle at 327 Alexander St. in Boutte on April 22.
  • An automobile battery was stolen off a tractor at LA Highway 48 at Vans Lane in New Sarpy on April 21.
