Arrests
•Donald D. Chesser, 26, of 325 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan was arrested on May 16 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Alprazloam and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Obniel A. Hernandez, 55, 124 Janet Lane in St. Rose was arrested on May 15 and charged with possession of cocaine and driving without insurance.
•Jarrod G. Washington, 21, of 353 Sharon Ave. in Boutte was arrested on May 14 and charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder.
•Trina C. Frickey, 54, of 13552 U.S. 90 Hwy in Boutte was arrested on May 12 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.
•Jacqueline Hoffman, 45, of 2204 S. Bayou Dr. in Golden Meadow, Louisiana was arrested on May 12 and charged with possession of prescription drugs meloxicam and carisoprodol, possession of schedule II drug hydrocodone, possession of schedule IV drug clonazepam and obstruction of justice. Hoffman was also arrested on May 13 for DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and no vehicle registration certificate.
•Annette Eymard, 36, of 321 E. 85th St. in Cut Off was arrested on May 12 and charged with possession of prescription drug carisoprodol, possession of Schedule II drug hydrocodone, possession of Schedule IV drug clonazepam, possession of schedule III drug suboxone, obstruction of justice and resisting an officer.
•Kathy S. Lightell, 50, of 625 W. Harding St. in New Sarpy was arrested on May 14 and charged with two counts of possession for Schedule II drug hydrocodone, possession of Schedule II drugs lorazepam, butalbtal and tylenol with codeine and possession of prescription drugs zydone, gabapeatin, naproxan, wellbutrin, citalopram, hydrobromide, metronidazole, requip and promethazine.
•Christopher R. Henning, 19, of 307 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte was arrested on May 13 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and no vehicle registration certificate.
