Staub
Vivian Baudion Staub, at River Region Hospice House, on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 8:55p.m. Age 97 years. A resident of Hahnville, LA. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Staub. Beloved daughter of the late Albert Baudoin, Sr. and Henrietta Toupe Baudoin. Sister of Aline B. Robert, the late Edith B. Amedie, Mae Baudoin, Louis Baudoin. Sister in law of Myrtle Baudoin. Also survived by by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred. Westside/Leitz Eagan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Madere
Alvin D. “Preacher” Madere was called to eternal life on Saturday, February 11, 2006 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease. Age 74 years.
Loving husband of Joyce Boudreaux Madere of fifty years. Devoted father and father in law to Alvin David Madere, Jr (Pam), Paula Madere Kinler (Brian) and Lisa Madere Guy (Joel).

Most beloved and treasured grandfather, “PaPa”, of Erica Gabrielle Kinler and Joel Michael Guy, Jr. Dedicated grandpa of the heart to Corey Richards Weeks of Luling, Chadise White Frank and her three children, Michelle Guy Dennison and her two sons, and Angela Guy, all of Tennessee.
Preceded in death by parents, James Farrell Madere and Julie Gaubert Madere of Hahnville; cherished parents-in-law, Lawrence and Lelia Boudreaux of Westwego; sister, Billie Madere Horn, in laws Wilson Simoneaux, Marcello and Audrey Velgaro, LJ Broudreaux, Jr., Nolan Savoy, Barbara Madere, and God-daughter, Peggy Madere Honnall.

Survived by siblings, James Farrell Madere Jr. (Isabel), Fred Madere (Dolores), Louis Donald Madere, Dolores Madere Guillot, and Russull Madere (Nadine). In laws Rita Simoneaux, Theresa Savoy, Dudley Boudreaux (Lydia), and Dolores Sauls, along with godchildren Michele and Britney Arceneaux and a host of nieces and nephews.

Veteran of the US Army; Korea.

Will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The family invited relatives and friends, employees of St. Charles Parish Schools, St. Charles Medical Clinic, and the St. Charles Hospital to attend services that were held at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary in Hahnville. Mass of Christian burial was held at the above named church, officiated by Rev. Father Bernard Francis. Interment at the St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.

Bernice Bergeron Boudreaux at Luling Living Center on February 11, 2006. Age 80 years. A native of New Orleans, and a resident of Luling, LA. Wife of 57 years to Ellis Boudreaux, Norco, LA. Survived by brother and sister-in-law, Gaston P. Bergeron and Elaine Torres Bergeron, Wimberley, Texas; 3 sisters-in-law, Mable Louviere Franklin, LA., Lucille Daigle, Thibodaux, LA, and Rita Derouen of New Iberia, LA. Interment St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum in Destrehan. HC Alexander in charge of arrangements.
