Lavell Minese Davis on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 in a car accident in Killona, La. Daughter of Wanda Reed and Joseph Davis. Sister of Melanie Reed and Joseph Davis. Granddaughter of Richard Bartley and the late Audry Cannon Reed Bartley, Ivory Reed, Sr., Millie Mae Thomas and Joseph Davis, Sr. Aunt of Cierra, Chanta’e and Ron Davis and Tyrese Champagne. Also survived by a devoted friend, Sean Hernandez and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Age 29 years. She received a Bachelor Degree of Business/Computers from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, La. A native and resident of Killona, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Canaan Baptist Church and all neighboring churches, Hahnville High School Class of 1995 and employees of Cingular Wireless of Baton Rouge and U.S. Postal Service of Metairie were invited to attend the funeral service at Canaan Baptist Church, 319 Killona Dr., Killona, La., on Friday, June 30, 2006 at 11 a.m. Pastor Henry Wolfe, Officiated. Interment Holy Rosary Cemetery, Taft, La. Visitation at the above named church from 9 a.m. until service. Serviced by Robottom.

Grandson of Linda Fiffie, Albert Stanley, Tonya F. and Arthur Carter. Great Grandson of Deborah and Milton Stevens, Lawrence and Juanita Fletcher, Alvin Fiffie, Sr. and the late Rosemary Fiffie. Great Great grandson of the late Willie Mae Harris. Nephew of Briana Fletcher. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
