Jeffery “Red” Johnson Jr., 76, on June 7, 2019 at Ashton Manor Living Center, Luling.
A native of St. James, La., and resident of Luling, Johnson is the son of the late Ella Carter and Jeffery Johnson Sr.; father of Gregory Brown (Leslie), Kresslin Clark Sr. (Zenobia), the late Jeffery Coleman and Charlene Coleman; brother of the late Yvonne Johnson, Lawrence Johnson, Henry Johnson, Louis Johnson, Margaret Marshall and Adrain Johnson.
He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held at Bell Baptist Church, 300 Hackberry Street, Luling on Thursday (June 13) at 11 a.m. The Rev. Rodney Johnson Sr. will officiate. Interment will follow in St Mary Cemetery, Boutte.
Visitation at the above named church from 10 a.m. until service time.
