Nola Guidry Beadle, 95, a native of Scott and a resident of Des Allemands, passed away on Monday, Jan. 12.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, Jan. 14 from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and Thursday, Jan. 15 at Des Allemands Mennonite Church. Beadle was interred in the Mennonite Church cemetery in Des Allemands, following religious services at the same church.
She is survived by her sons, Gerald Beadle and wife Judy, Hubert Beadle III, Johnny Beadle and wife Judy; daughters, Geraldine Dufrene, Deborah Wilkerson and husband Charlie, Christina Cancienne and husband Charles Sr.; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Beadle Jr.; parents, Jean and Josephine Broussard Guidry; brothers, Andrew, Theophile, Adrien, Alton, Ignace, Nolan and Hector Guidry; sisters, Mary Guilbeau and Belzire Lantier and daughter-in-law, Rosalie Beadle.
Falgout Funeral Homes handled the arrangements.
