GL Realty Group aids buyers, sellers in making the best deal

GL Realty Group in Luling doesn’t just help find that great purchase or sale in the housing market, it also offers the kind of advice that can make a savvy buyer or seller get the most from a deal.

“There are many opportunities that are just sitting out there,” said Jenny Lendle, broker and listing specialist. “They are waiting out there for somebody to scoop them up.”The true art comes in knowing when to make that deal and how to get the most from it, Lendle said.

This is what prompted GL Realty Group to hold a class aimed at identifying the right opportunity and the best timing. The class serves as a workshop for attendees and agents to interact and engage in a conversation about real estate rather than just attending a lecture.

“It’s more like a roundtable discussion because I think there are specific questions that people have these days,” she said. “Once you’re in there doing it, you really find out what the market is really like and what people are really looking for.”

Lendle along with her mother, Kay Giammanco, vice president, and Liz Hollingsworth, buyer specialist, make up the firm.

Jenni Landry is the newest addition who will be working with the group learning the business and helping where needed. Landry is a Hahnville High School graduate who is studying business at the University of New Orleans and is locally known at the Southern Latte Café.

“We hope she will be with us a while,” Lendle said.GL Realty Group’s focus is residential properties, buying and selling, and working with some commercial properties, as well as a handful of repeat investors who buy, rent out or flip properties.

Until last year, the group operated as one of Keller Williams Realty’s Luling teams then formed their own brokerage. Lendle, who brings seven years of experience to GL Realty Group, said the move made sense to become an independent entity.

They are all life long residents of St. Charles Parish and all graduated from Hahnville High School.

GL Realty Group is a locally owned, hometown boutique kind of brokerage. Their service area ranges from St. Charles Parish to New Orleans to the Northshore.

Lendle said they are not a one-size-fits-all brokerage and focus on the highest level of customer service.

“We work within our clients’ needs, giving them the best services available,” she said.

Lendle said that GL Realty Group is open to holding more  workshops.
