Miss Shannon Melissa Schaubhut and Mr. Lance Paul Landry were united in marriage on May 1, 2009 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie with Father Michael Miceli celebrating the nuptial mass. A reception followed at Our Lady of Peace Community Center.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Curry Schaubhut, Sr. of Vacherie.
The bride is a graduate of Hahnville High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She is employed by Marathon Petroleum.
The groom is a graduate of E.D. White Catholic High School. He is employed by Southern Masonry.
The couple will reside in Vacherie.
