LULING – Raymond K. Smith student representatives presented the guidelines and rules for the 2008-2009 school year to the student body during a school pep rally.
Representatives from each third period class worked with administration to create the guidelines and rules for the school. Students wrote and produced skits to explain each guideline and rule. They then performed the skits at the pep rally.
