Minds bubble in R.J. Vial science classes

PARADIS – Bill Edmondson and Michael Cavalier, sixth graders at R.J. Vial Elementary, discover how many drops of water a penny can hold, using plain tap water and soapy dishwater. They discussed surface tension and how soap affected it.

This experiment was an introduction to the scientific method in Virginia Morgan’s and Nan Dufrene’s science class.
