Robert Ledet and Bradley Joseph Brevelle were married July 9, 2009, at a small family wedding in Luling. The ceremony was performed by Earl “Pie” Tastet.
The bride is the daughter of Charles and Regina Robert of Ama, and Doreen and Merlyn Maury, Jr. of Harvey. The groom is the son of Terry and Madeline Brevelle of Luling.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Heidi Dufrene-Rodriguez, as maid of honor.
Lee Vial, III was the best man.
Nathan Brevelle, the groom’s son, was the ring bearer.
The bride is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in education.
She is currently employed as a teacher at Raymond K. Smith Middle School.
The groom is a veteran of the United States Army, and is currently finishing a degree in fire protection technology. He has been employed as a professional firefighter in the city of New Orleans for the past seven years, and also owns/operates, Reliacut, LLC, a professional lawn care business.
Following a brief honeymoon in Biloxi, Miss. the couple will reside in Ama.
