A Destrehan teen was arrested this month after allegedly filming under the skirts and dresses of females without their knowledge.
Justin Simmons, 17, of 159 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz, was arrested and charged with two counts of voyeurism after St. Charles Parish detectives learned of two separate alleged incidents in which Simmons recorded the footage.
St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesman Cpl. James Grimaldi said after sufficient evidence was gathered, Simmons was arrested the Winn-Dixie/shopping center area located at 12519 Airline Hwy. in Destrehan.
Simmons has been released from Nelson Coleman Correctional Center after posting bond.
