NEW SARPY – The St. Charles Parish Department of Community Services will present a household energy conservation workshop at 10 a.m. Nov. 14 at the Arterbury Building, 14565 River Road.
The public is invited, and elderly residents are encouraged to attend to receive weather radios that can help in preparing for hurricanes or other severe weather. Space is limited to forty, so an RSVP is required. Those interested should call Community Services at 985-764-7944.
