Aug. 10 – Pre-sports physicals

Pre-sports physicals will be available Aug. 10 at St. Charles Parish Hospital’s north entrance.

The schedule for J.B. Martin and R.K. Smith middle schools is 8 – 10 a.m.; Harry Hurst and Albert Cammon middle schools is 10 a.m. to noon. Physicals are $15 cash or check only made payable to St. Charles Parish Hospital.

School coaches will be present  at their designated times. A signed physical form is required. Parent attendance is mandatory.
