Sheriff’s Reports – September 13, 2018

Arrests

  • Markeith Parker, 36, of 531 South Jenois St. in New Orleans, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with identity theft valued at $1,000 or more.
  • Keltric Lockett, 45, of 241 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with possession of Schedule II CDS, resisting an officer and disturbing the peace while drunk.
  • Emanuel Harris, 46, of 146 Pitt Road in Boutte, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
  • Wesley Davis, 34, of 110 Ivy Lane in Luling, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II and possession of marijuana.
  • Timoteo Tzep, 22, of 932 Monterey Court in Gretna, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle, DWI, hit and run driving (four counts), proper equipment on vehicle and driver not licensed.
  • Justin Simmons, 17, of 159 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with voyeurism (first offense, two counts).
  • Juney Smith, 39, of 32 East St. in Norco, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things. She was a fugitive (four counts) and had an attachment.
  • Rayone Morris, 19, of 175 Union St. in Montz, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with simple criminal damage $500 to $50,000.
  • Reginald Walker, 23, of 301 East Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with domestic abuse battery and simple robbery.
  • William Edmondson, 49, of 319 Ormond Meadows Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with domestic abuse strangulation.
  • Richard Gray, 57, of 342 St. James St. in LaPlace, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with use of a firearm with CDS, reckless operation of a vehicle, DWI, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II (two counts), possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Trace Mataya, 17, of 201 Barrett Drive in Luling, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with possession of Schedule I CDS, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I and violation of CDS law.
  • James Williams, 28, of 123 Clement St. in New Sarpy, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with domestic abuse battery and possession of Schedule III drugs.

Incidents

  • An unknown white male entered a Triche St. residence in Ama and set off a burglar alarm before fleeing the scene on Sept. 7. Camera footage showed the man clad in a white T-shirt, dark colored shorts, a hat and a backpack.
  • Several bundles and a spool of copper wire was taken from a storage yard at the Little Gypsy construction site on Sept. 7.
  • Automotive batteries were stolen from a semi-truck parked at the Pilot Truck Stop on Sept. 7.
  • A Yeti cooler and three tow straps were stolen from the bed of a pickup truck parked at a location on Hwy. 90 in Luling on Sept. 8.
  • A residence was burglarized on Apple St. in Norco on Sept. 9 and an X-Box, gaming system, television and $500 were taken from it on Sept. 9.
  • Vehicle batteries were stolen from a commercial vehicle parked on Scorpio St. in Hahnville on Sept. 5. A school bus parked at the property had its battery cables cut as well, but the batteries were not taken.
  • A handgun was stolen from a victim’s River Park Drive residence in Hahnville on Sept. 3.
  • A silver, two-door Dodge Ram was stolen from a victim’s driveway on Touchard Lane in Des Allemands on Sept. 3. The truck also contained the victim’s cellphone, $96 and two ice chests filled with crabs and redfish.
