Arrests

• Thomas Camp, 46, of 257 Johnson St. in St. Rose, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with domestic abuse strangulation. He was a fugitive and had an attachment.
• Candice Rigdon, 32, of 122 First St. in Boutte, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
• Elroy Cordero, 63, of 240 1st St. in St. Rose, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
• Raphael Jackson, 22, of 317 Smith St. in Hahnville, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with home invasion.
• Stephen Giacona, 55, of 832 South Clearview Parkway in Metairie, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with simple burglary.
• Chad Cook, 40, of 192 Paula Drive in LaPlace, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with simple burglary (two counts) and unauthorized entry of a business.
• Richard Kent, 36, of 408 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling (two counts).
• David Sims, 58, of 10 Metairie Court in Metairie, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling and simple criminal damage under $500.
• Jenny Nicholas, 38, of 120 Marcia Drive in Luling, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with proper signal to turn, false certificate, driving license suspended, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II, possession of marijuana and attempted distribution of Schedule II CDS.
• Leroy Grover, 51, of 149 J.B. Green Road in Des Allemands, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with distribution of oxycodone (two counts).
• Shantell Lee, 25, of 100 Lance Lane in Luling, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with established speed zones, driving license suspended, child restraint required, child desertion, and possession of marijuana and illegal use of CDS in presence of someone under 17. She was a fugitive and had an attachment (two counts).
• James Newport, 28, of 172 Ridge Road in Des Allemands, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeanne Bellanger, 37, of 236 Florida St. in River Ridge, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with unauthorized entry of a business.
• Aaron Jackson, 28, of 200 Sunset Court in Hahnville, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with aggravated battery and assault by drive by shooting.
• Jason Bailey, 32, of 117 Luke Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with failure to register and notify.
• Tyler Carlino, 25, of 360 Rosedale Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. He was a fugitive and had an attachment.

Incidents

• Four chafing dished were stolen from under a victim’s carport on Hahn St. in Hahnville on Aug. 22.
• A subject was observed stealing approximately $120 of t-shirts and underwear from the Dollar General on Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Aug. 15.
• A Norco victim received a bill from Entergy stating the victim owed money on an account on Aug. 15. The victim had no knowledge of the account’s existence.
• A victim had an unauthorized charge to their banking account which generated at the Walmart in Boutte on Aug. 14.
• A victim observed a white male believed to be between ages 18 and 23 and clad in blue jeans and a T-shirt come into the backyard of her Destrehan property on Gordon St. The male then took copper wire that was located on the property and fled in a green colored Ford F-150 on Aug. 14.
• Televisions and an X-Box gaming system with games were stolen from a victim’s residence on Magnolia Ridge Blvd. in Boutte on Aug. 14.
• A gate lock was cut to a yard at Entergy and copper wire stolen from the Taft property on Highway 3127 on Aug. 14.
