Arrests

• William Savoie, 34, of 2351 Ormond Boulevard, Destrehan, was arrested May 18 and charged with theft in value of $750-$5,000 (property from a residence worth $5,100 ) at 5061 La. 3127.

• Brandy Savoie, 34, of 14740 Cajun Paradise Road in Paradis was arrested May 18 and charged with theft under $500.

• Joseph Byron Jr., 34 , of 407 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte  was arrested May 20 and charged with burglary of a movable (four counts) resisting arrest by flight and violence, obstruction of justice, aggravated flight from an officer, speeding and drug paraphernalia.

• Jody M. Peltier, 25, of 76 Carriage Lane in Destrehan was arrested May 19 and charged with possession of marijuana (second offense) use of cds in presence of a 17-year-old, possession of drug paraphernalia and disturbing the peace.

• Tyrone Priestly, 39, of 737 E. Hanover Street in New Sarpy was arrested May 15 and charged with possession of marijuana (third offense), license plate illumination, driving license suspended and open container in vehicle.

• David Yates, 54, 161 Villere Drive in Destrehan was arrested May 18  and charged with disturbing the peace, possession of marijuana and contraband in a correctional facility.

• Erick Wagner, 21, 121 Lakewood Drive in Luling was arrested May 22 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule 1 narcotic.

• Jerry Marvin, 45, of 202 Meadows Drive in Destrehan was arrested May 22 and charged with possession of marijuana (second offense).

• Hiram Dorsey, 48, of 351 S. Kinler Street in Boutte was arrested May 22 and charged with possession of marijuana and crack cocaine.

• Tommie Lee Yarls, 22 of 121 Lakewood drive in Luling was arrested May 22 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule 1 Non -narcotic

• Jessi Bryant, 31, of  12298 La. 48 in Destrehan was arrested May 20 and charged with Driving while license suspended, use possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, and creating and operating a clandestine lab.
