Arrests
•Brandon R. LeBlanc, 19, of 213 Barreca St. in Norco, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with principle to theft $500-$1,500.
•Jessica M. Salisbury, 19, of 213 Barreca St. in Norco, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with theft $500-$1,500.
•Leonard R. Dooley, 23, of 921 S. Sibley Drive in Kenner, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with possession of heroin with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent, use of a firearm with a controlled substance, felon carrying illegal weapon, suspended driver’s license and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Howard K. J. Charles, 22, of 304 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with possession of heroin with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent, use of a firearm with a controlled substance, felon carrying illegal weapon and as a fugitive from Kenner.
•Catherine M. Kinler, 41, of 310 Talbot Drive in Luling, was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with possession and distribution of a pharmaceutical drug. •Chelcie M. Gambino, 22, of 131 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
•Robert J. Ory, 72, of 140 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Aug. 18 and charged with DWI and failure to yield.
•Jesus G. Median, 29, of 149 Oswald Ave., was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run and driver not licensed.
•Heather Wilkinson, 33, of 299 Plantation Road in Hahnville, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with theft over $1,500.
Thefts
•Assorted prescription medication was stolen from 9 Wagon Trail Lane in St. Rose on Aug. 19.
•Four galvanized grates were stolen from 4 Eric Lawrence Drive in Destrehan on Aug. 18.
•An in-dash factory DVD/navigation radio and flip down flat screen for a vehicle were stolen out of a vehicle at 13244 LA Highway 48 in Destrehan on Aug. 16.
