Arrests
• Tory Duncan, 27, of 3724 Pierre Street in New Orleans, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with obscenity.
• Eddie Martin Jr., 60, of 291 1st Street in St. Rose, was arrested Sept. 10 and charged with domestic abuse – aggravated assault.
• Henry Robertson, 36, of 1258 Paul Maillard Road in Luling, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with domestic abuse battery/serious injury (two counts).
• Danielle Willis, 27, of 2 Sweet Gum Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with theft and theft of a motor vehicle. She had an attachment (two counts).
• Chivonne Willingham, 40, of 2031 Golfview Drive in LaPlace, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with theft by embezzlement.
• Aszree Pentney, 33, of 2316 Packenham Road in Violet, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with simple burglary – motor vehicle, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, disturbing the peace, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, distribution/manufacture of cocaine (two counts) and taking contraband to/from penal institutions prohibited.
• Erin Taylor, 24, of 211 Hollywood Park Road in Montz, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, distribution of fentanyl, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, taking contraband to/from penal institutions prohibited, illegal use of controlled drug in presence of persons under 17 years old.
• Autumn Properie, 37, of 327 Cypress Avenue in Montegut, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia. She was a fugitive.
• Allen Price, 37, of 327 Cypress Avenue in Montegut, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, DWI and traffic violation.
• Raymond Murray III, 21, of 183 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with possession of MDMA and traffic violation. He had an attachment.
• Nathaniel Jupiter, 39, of 274 Goodchildren Street in Boutte, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with traffic violation, possession of MDMA, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, illegal possession of stolen firearm, illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS and transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity.
