Arrests

•Elexksis Whitaker, 32, of 53 Brandon Hall in Destrehan was arrested on April 23 and charged with theft under $300.

•Tiffany Baptiste, 33, of 378 S. Kinler St. in Boutte was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession of stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

•Cody Dugas, 25, of 228 Wade St. in Luling was arrested on April 24 and charged with third offense DWI, suspended driver’s license, open container, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Sidney Jasmin, 64, of 3400 Kent St. in Metairie was arrested on April 23 and charged with DWI.

•Dale St. Pierre, 56, of 229 Destrehan Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on April 23 and charged with DWI, driving under suspension, careless operation and on three warrants out of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Tony Fremen, 32, of 721 Milling Ave. in Luling was arrested on April 23 and charged with second degree battery.

•Louis Brown, 24, of 235 4th St. in Bridge City was arrested on April 23 and charged with second offense possession of marijuana, no brake lights and on three attachments.

•Rebecca L. Brens, 37, of 535 Pine St. in Norco was arrested on April 24 and charged with DWI, following too closely and driver’s license not on person.

•John Hartman, 47, of 323 McKinley St. in Houma was arrested on April 26 and charged with DWI.

•Lance E. Higginbotham, 18, of 6054 Highway 56 in Chauvin was arrested on April 26 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, vehicular homicide and negligent injury (two counts).

•Jon K. Arthur, 43, of 70 Glade Circle in Laurel, Miss. was arrested on April 26 and charged with DWI, improper lane use, expired motor vehicle insurance, and as a fugitive of Gretna and Westwego.

•Samuel A. Neuger, 19, of 227 Dianne Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on April 19 and charged with possession of marijuana, heroin and drug paraphernalia.

•Aaron M. Sonait, 24, of 151 Janet Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on April 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of Clonazepam, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm while in possession of controlled substances.

•Ray A. Francois, 27, of 252 14th St. in Edgard was arrested on April 21 and charged with possession of heroin, driving while under suspension and no license plate.

•Sholanda R. Jupiter, 23, of 914 Paul Frederick in Luling was arrested on April 25 and charged with second degree battery.

•Gean Washington Jr., 41, of 323 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte was arrested on April 28 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, suspended driver’s license and no driver’s license on person.

•Bryan H. Berluchaux, 19, of 61793 Highland Ave. in Metairie was arrested on April 28 and charged with possession of stolen auto over $500, switched license plate and failure to transfer registration.

•Phillip W. Pepin, 20, of 6524 Park Manor in Metairie was arrested on April 28 and charged with possession of stolen auto over $500.

•Shawn A. Stipe, 17, of 309 Killona Dr. in Killona was arrested on April 22 and charged with second degree battery.

•Shantrell D. Lockett, 18, of 651 Killona Dr. in Killona was arrested on April 22 and charged with second degree battery.

•Michael Williams, 23, of 85D Carriage Lane in Destrehan was arrested on April 30 and charged with theft of goods, battery of police officer with injury and resisting an officer.

•Leslie Rivera, 32, of 1952 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan was arrested on April 30 and charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

•Dayshaun Preston, 19, of 1122 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on April 30 and charged with second degree murder.

•Timothy Moll, 20, of 1111 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on April 30 and charged with accessory after the fact to second degree murder.

•Margie A. Preston, 47, of 1023 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on April 29 and charged with accessory after the fact to second degree murder.

•Dana M. Davis, 28, of 3026 Concordia Dr. in LaPlace was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to second degree murder.

•Cherie Faucheux, 41, of 321 West Brooks Dr. in New Orleans was arrested on April 29 and charged with DWI and as a fugitive of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Thefts

•A .380 caliber handgun, valued at $142, was stolen from 304 River Ridge Dr. in Boutte on April 24.

•A leaf blower, a lawn edger and a weed eater, total value $573, was stolen from 5353 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on April 24.

•Five tires and rims, total value $1,000, were stolen from 315 Kennedy St. in St. Rose on April 26.

•A .40 caliber handgun, valued at $400, was stolen from 302 Sugarhouse Rd. in Luling on April 24.

•A 4-wheeler, valued at $800, was stolen from 132 Hollywood Park in Montz on April 25.

•A .45 handgun, valued at $650, was stolen from 137 Dianne Dr. in St. Rose on April 24.

•A computer, 91 cases of cigarettes, eight tires and a laser jet printer were stolen from 163 Riverbend Blvd. in St. Rose on April 27.

•An air conditioning window unit, a 26-inch bicycle, a chain saw, a cordless drill and a nail gun, valued at $675, were stolen from 151 Boutte Estates in Boutte on April 27.

•A Garmin GPS, valued at $600, was stolen from 603 Willowdale Blvd. in Luling on April 27.

•A full-face helmet, valued at $100, was stolen from 11 Sweet Gum Lane in St. Rose on April 26.

•A 60-inch television, valued at $100, was stolen from 209 Ellington Ave. in Luling on April 26.

•Two watches, two speakers and three amplifiers, valued at $1,800, were stolen from 371 Trailsway Dr. in Hahnville on April 26.
•A farm tractor, valued at $11,000, was stolen from 545 LA 306 in Paradis on April 28.

•A laptop computer, valued at $6,000, was stolen from 310 James Dr. East in St. Rose on April 28.

•A chain saw, valued at $500, was stolen from 13786 LA 48 in Destrehan on April 30.

•A 2003 Ford Expedition, valued at $11,000, was stolen from 212 St. Charles St. in New Sarpy on April 29.
