Arrests

•Tamonica Lee, 17, of 8874A Sunnyside Dr. in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with obstruction of justice after disposing of a gun that was used in a shoot out at the Shell Station on U.S. 61 in Norco.

•Joshua Hall, 18, of 118 Martin Lane in Des Allemands was arrested on Sept. 2 on LA 631 at Terrence Lane in Des Allemands and charged with two counts of obsenity. The above subject was arrested after allegedly exposing his genitals to two Des Allemands women.

•Travis T. Thomas, 24, of 1113 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 3 at his residence and charged with aggravated assault, simple battery and a fugitive charge for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. The above subject was arrested following an altercation with his wife. During the altercation the subject allegedly threw his wife against the furniture and took her car keys so she could not leave. Thomas also allegedly loaded his gun and threatened to shoot his wife if she tried to leave.

•Dale M. Landry, 44, of 229 Mimosa Ave. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 4 at his residence and charged with violation of a protective order, simple battery, harrassing phone calls and criminal mischief. The above subject was arrested on a warrant that was issued on Aug. 30 for the above charges. Landry allegedly stopped his ex-wife as she was walking out of a store and began an altercation over her current boyfriend. Landry supposedly took her cell phone and used it to place a threatening phone call to her boyfriend. The ex-wife does have a protective order for him to stay away from her.

•Don W. Boudreaux, 48, of 5855 Walnut Creek Rd. in River Ridge was arrested on Sept. 1 on U.S. 90 at Melonie Dr. in Boutte and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and Xanax, broken tail lights, illegal possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Richard J. Verdin, 38, of 268 Marcia Dr. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 1 on U.S. 90 at Melonie Dr. in Boutte and charged with illegal possession of Xanax. The above subject and Don W. Boudreaux (mentioned earlier) was initially stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed the subjects to be in possession of illegal narcotics.

•Robert I. Williams Jr., 36, of 2900 Yorktown Dr. in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 5 on River Road in Destrehan and charged with possession of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance (cocaine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams was stopped for a suspicious person and further investigation revealed him to be in possession of cocaine.

•Joshua Robicheaux, 30, of 316 Milling Ave. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with illegal use of a weapon, discharge, simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. The above subject was arrested following an altercation with his live-in girlfriend. During the altercation, Robicheaux allegedly fired a shot into the floor of his bedroom. He also attempted to grab his girlfriend’s daughter as she attempted to leave with her. The subject also broke the victim’s cell phone when she attempted to contact police. Robicheaux fled the scene and was later arested after turning himself in at the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center.

•Kevin Johnson, 45, of 1021 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested at his residence on Sept. 5 and charged with possession and manufacturing of a schedule two controlled substance to wit crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence. Johnson was arrested after officers conducted a search warrant at the above address.

•Wilbert Celestine, 30, of 1021 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 5 at the same address and was charged with possession and manufacturing of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and poossession of drug paraphernalia. Celestine was arrested after officers conducted a search warrant at the above address.

•Michael Dennis Jr., 33, of 2727 Greenwood Dr. in Kenner was arrested on Sept. 5 on LA 626 in St. Rose and charged with possession with intent to distribute a chedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit crack cocaine, driving with a suspended driver’s license, open container and misuse of temporary license plate. Dennis was stopped for a traffic violation. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of crack cocaine.

•Brandon M. Naquin, 18, of Waggaman was charged with simple burglary on Sept. 7 after being connected to the burglary of two vehicles in the Hahnville area. Naquin was already in custody at the Nelson Correctional Center when the warrant was issued for a prior charge.

•Ryan Hebert, 17, of 33 Imogene St. in Waggaman was charged with simple burglary on Sept. 7 after being connected to the burglary of two vehicles in the Hahnville area. Hebert was already in custody at the Nelson Correctional Center when the warrant was issued for a prior charge.

•Kenneth R. Mixon, 23, of 337 River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to use a turn signal and a fugitive charge from Jefferson Parish.

•Kimberly M. Barber, 21, of 337 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of a schedule two substance to wit marijuana.

•Catherine M. Kinler, 33, of 310 Talbot St. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 6 at the same address and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

•Michael Tastet, 36, of 205 Mark Dr in Des Allemands was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with theft over $500. Tastet was arrested on a warrant that was issued on Sept. 1. The subject allegedly stole tools, valued at $2,000.

•Harry J. Chauvin III, 29, of 1952 Ormond Blvd., Apt. D231in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 7 on East Club Drive in St. Rose and charged with possession of a schedule one controlled dangerous substance to wit heroin. Chauvin was stopped for suspicious drug activity and further investigation revealed the subject to be in possession of heroin.

•Mark C. Guillory, 23, of 209 Lakewood Dr. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 8 on LA 52 and charged with possession of stolen property. Guillory was arrested on a warrant that was issued on Aug. 23 for the above charge. Guillory allegedly stole a sofa valued at $1,000 from his former place of employment.

•Jason P. Vicknair, 22, of 215 Lawson St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Sept. 9 at 15641 U.S. 61 in Norco and charged with aggravated battery and disturbing the peace by public intoxication. Vicknair was arrested following an altercation with his mother. During the altercation the subject allegedly threw a beer bottle at her striking her on the right side of her head.

•Damein P. Parker, 26, 210 Sanders St. in Thibodaux was arrested on U.S. 90 in Boutte on Sept. 9 and charged with speeding, expired driver’s license, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine. Parker was stopped for a traffic violation and further investigation revealed her to be in possesesion of marijuana and cocaine.

DWI

•Santos R. Amaya, 26, of 525 E. 25th St. in Cut Off was arrested on Sept. 3 on U.S. 61 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and no driver’s license.

•Michael J. Wagner, 33, of 2437 Verbena St. in New Orleans was arrested on Sept. 5 on U.S. 90 and wsa charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Ted Bourg, 19, of 103 Ducayet Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 9 in the 200 block of Longview Dr. in Destrehan and charged with underage DWI and reckless operation.

•Michael Polk, 45, of 307 West B St. in Norco was arrested on Sept. 10 in the 300 block of Vans Lane and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

Thefts

•The sheriff reports that a 26-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint at the Race Trac in St. Rose located at 521 Almedia Rd. on Sept. 4.

•Assorted roofing shingles, valued at $200, were stolen from 9 Brandon Hall, Apt. B in Destrehan on Sept. 4.

•A pressure washer, valued at $335, was stolen from 121 Pleasant Valley in Des Allemands on Sept. 4.

•A cell phone, valued at $400, was stolen from 13366 U.S. 90 in Boutte on Sept. 4.

•Five pallets of aluminum plates, industrial bronze casting material and aluminum piston castings, valued at $8,000, were stolen from 10446 River Rd. in St. Rose on Sept. 1.

•A CD case containing assorted CDs, an I-Pod, a weedeater, a lawn mower, a jig saw and a cordless drill, valued at $1300, were stolen from 605 Willowridge in Luling on Sept. 1.

•Assorted roofing shingles, valued at $2,000, were stolen from 172 Keller St. in Hahnville on Sept. 1.

•An air compressor and tank, a weedeater, a pressure washer and a saw, valued at $1825, was stolen from 105 Tupelo Ct. in Luling on Sept. 2.

•A generator, a weedeater, an edger and three fishing rods and reels, valued at $1350, were stolen from 201 Arlington Dr. in Luling on Sept. 2.

•A 32” TV, valued at $300, was stolen from 3999 LA 306 in Des Allemands on Sept. 3.

•A CD player and two sub woofers, valued at $450, was stolen from 155 Gordon St. in Destrehan.

•A 2000 Ford F350, valued at $20,000, was stolen from 1318 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling on Sept. 8.

•A 1995 BMW was stolen from 128 Braden Dr. in Luling on Sept. 10.

•A tool box containing assorted tools, $204 in U.S. currency and an ice chest, valued at $574, were stolen from 201A River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan on Sept. 8.

•A digital video camera and four digital cameras, valued at $950, were stolen from 170 Roadrunner Lane in Destrehan on Sept. 8.

•A CD player, valued at $600, was stolen from 119 Michael Dr. in Ama on Sept. 9.

•Two digital cameras with docks and a memory stick, valued at $520, were stolen from 130 Plantation Rd. in Destrehan on Sept. 8.

•Two pitbull dogs, valued at $1300, were stolen from 584 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte.

•A cell phone, valued at $400, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Sept. 7.

•A lawn mower, a weed eater, a blower and two chain saws, valued at $690 were stolen from 159 Hollywood Park in Montz on Sept. 7.

•A mountain bike, valued at $110, was stolen from 10 Parlange in Destrehan on Sept. 7.
