Arrests

Paul Brackens III, 23, of 2008 Golfview Dr. in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 26 on Janet Drive in St. Rose and charged with relative to theft for approximately $1000, relative to theft for approximately $400, relative to theft for approximately $200, relative to possession with the intent to distribute a schedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit marijuana and he was a fugitive of St. John Parish.

•Troy C. Clulee, 42, of 402 Kellogg Dr. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 30 at the intersection of LA 52 and Simmons and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of minors, suspended driver’s license, no motor vehicle identification and was a fugitive for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Natasha M. Daniels, 27, of 2121 Lobdell St. in Baton Rouge was arrested on Sept. 20 on Audubon Street in Paradis and charged with possession of cocaine, resisting arrest by flight, criminal damage to property, resisting arrest by violence and attempted criminal damage to property. Daniels was first stopped for a traffic violation, further investigation revealed the subject to be in the possession of cocaine.

•Leneir M. Fiffie, 21, of 164 E. 4th St. in Edgard was arrested on Sept. 24 on LA 18 in Luling and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit Hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernaila.

•Jarriod M. Fiffie, 24, of 221 Meadows Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 24 on LA 18 in Luling and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit Hydrocodone and possession of drug paraphernaila.

•Jamal Jones, 22, 48 Carriage Lane in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 26 at the above address and charged with aggravated battery. Jones was involved in an altercation with a 25-year-old St. Rose man. During the altercation Jones alledgedly punched tha victim and struck him with the butt of a handgun, which caused him to fall to the ground stiking his head on concrete. The victim was transported to Elmwood Charity Hospital for his injuries.

•Tyrone Patterson, 18, of 113 Dexter St. in Avondale was arrested on Sept. 23 on I-310 northbound and charged with possession of stolen things, aggravated flight by speeding and driving against the flow of traffic, and aggravated assault. Patterson was found in possession of a stolen vehicle and attempted to run from police.

•Louis P. Polkey, 42, of 149 Breaux St. in Boutte was arrested on Sept. 27 on Gassen Street in Luling and charged with possession of hydrocodone and open container in vehicle.

•Tyrone Preston, 43, of 1101 Paul Fredrick St. in Boutte was arrested on Sept. 29 on Hwy 90 in Luling and charged with cruelty to animals. Preston brought his dog to the animal shelter as an owner surrender, but after a veterinarian examination he was arrested for animal cruelty.

•Trinity N. Wall, 25, of 416 Barber Rd. in Paradis was arrested on Sept. 24 on LA 18 in Luling and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule two controlled dangerous substance to wit Hydrocodone, possession of drug paraphernaila, expired driver’s license, possession of marijuana, introduction of contraband in a penal facility and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Clifford B. Williams, 35, of 3021 English Coloy in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 22 and charged with theft over $500. Williams was arrested on a warrant that was issued on Nov. 30, 2005 for the above charge. He was hired by a company to complete roof repairs in the area. Williams was issued $2,872 in materials to complete the jobs. He never returnedt he work orders or the materials to his employer.
 
DWI
•Brad Bennett, 42, of 404 Smith St. in Hahnville was arrested on Sept. 29 on LA 3127 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Dustin Dixon, 26, of 2147 Simpson Hwy. in Mississippi was arrested on Sept. on I-310 North in Luling and charged with DWI, reckless operation, resisting an officer and no driver’s license on person.

•Shawn C. Fisher, 36, of 2429 Williamsburg in LaPlace was arrested on Sept. 29 on U.S. 61 Eastbound at James Business Park and charged with DWI, reckless operation and speeding.

•Charles Greenwood, 47, of 217 N. Laurel St. #8 in Metairie was arrested on Sept. 22 on Airline Drive in St. Rose and charged with DWI, careless operation, no driver’s license and was a fugitive from Jefferson Parish.

•Reginald J. Lewis, 44, of 9612 Palm St. in New Orleans was arrested on Sept. 23 at the intersection of LA 18 and Post Street in Killona and charged with DWI.

•Kelly Monroe, 52, of 3601 Lehigh St. in Lubbock, Texas was arrested on Sept. 22 at the intersection Airline Drive and Swepi Road in New Sarpy and charged with DWI, no motorcycle endorsement, and was a fugitive from Jefferson Parish.

•Charles Williams, 50, of 1259 Tennessee St. in New Orleans was arrested on Sept. 26 on I-10 eastbound and charged with DWI, public intimidation, speeding and open container.

Thefts
•A 2005 Yamaha motorcycle, valued at $12,000, was stolen from 616 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose on Sept. 22.

•Assorted plumbing parts, valued at $1000, were stolen from 416 Kennedy St. in Ama on Sept. 22.

•A utility trailer, a lawn mower, a blower and a weedeater, valued at $5000, were stolen from 111 Montpelier in Boutte on Sept. 22.

•Four rings and $80 in U.S. currency, valued at $480, was stolen from 242 Post St. in Killona on Sept. 22.

•A 9mm semi-automatic handgun, valued at $350, was stolen from 9 Wagon Trail Lane in St. Rose on Sept. 24.

•A trailer with a lawn mower and a Honda 2002 4-wheeler, valued at $17,000, were stolen from LA 18 at Warren Gated Lot in Luling on Sept. 21.

•A cell phone, valued at $154, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Sept. 25.

•A 25 gallon air compressor, assorted tools and a wallet, valued at $380, were stolen from a vehicle at 14902 River Rd. in Norco on Sept. 25.

•An AM/FM/DVD/CD/MP3/TV player, valued at $750, was stolen from a vehicle at 719 East Easy St. in New Orleans on Sept. 25.

•A 1995 boat, valued at $760, was stolen from the 400 block of Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands, valued at $760, on Sept. 26.

•A stainless grill, valued at $300, was stolen from 102 Ashland Dr. in Luling on Sept. 20.

•An Ipod, valued at $325, was stolen from 1 Wildcat Lane in Destrehan on Sept. 20.

•A golf bag with golf clubs, valued at $2445, was stolen from 105 Woodland Court in Boutte on Sept. 20.

•An X-box, two X-box games and a hat, valued at $650, were stolen from 519 Payne St. in Norco on Sept. 26.

•A 1997 Yamaha 4-wheeler, valued at $3,000, was stolen from 10397 LA 18 in Ama on Sept. 26.

•A digital video recorder and a digital camera, valued at $600, were stolen from 105 Jane Lane in St. Rose on Sept. 27.

•A Smith & Wesson revolver, valued at $380, was stolen from 183 Troxclair Lane in New Sarpy on Sept. 27.

•A cell phone and a blank check were stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Sept. 27.

•Two cell phones, valued at $120, were stolen from 726 Barber Rd. in Paradis on Sept. 27.

•Teo rifles, valued at $200, were stolen from 700 Early St. in Paradis on Sept. 27.

•A laptop computer, valued at $1600, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr. in Boutte on Sept. 27.

•A generator, valued at $1200, was stolen from the intersection of Sugarland Parkway and Rue Louisiana C in Luling on Sept. 28.

•Assorted tools, valued at $1912, were stolen from 121 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on Sept. 28.

•A 2001 Chrysler Sebring, valued at $12,000, was stolen from 10405 W. Airline Dr. in St. Rose on Sept. 29.

•A microwave, a range, a circular saw, a table saw, a compound miter saw and a crain jam saw, valued at $1450, were stolen from 100 Davis Ct. in Luling on Sept. 29.

•Four hubcaps for a vehicle, valued at $550, were stolen from 13001 Hwy 90 in Luling on Sept. 29.

•Two chain saws, valued at $880, were stolen from a vehicle at 12125 Hwy 90 in Luling on Sept. 29.

•A 1989 Honda Accord, valued at $2000, was stolen from 312 E. Club Dr. in St. Rose on Sept. 30.

•A 1995 Mercury Cougar, valued at $1000, was stolen from 410 E. Club Drive in St. Rose.
