Tackled by three men, cut with a knife – and robbed

Deputies report that “someone was tackled from behind by three men, robbed and cut with a knife in front of a business in Destrehan on Nov. 17. Anyone with information should call the sheriff’s office at 783-1135.

Arrests

  • Kailon D. Adams, 19, of 350 Third St. in St. Rose was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine and distribution of fake crack cocaine to an undercover agent.
  • Andrew Diggs, 19, of 1210 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine to an undercover officer.
  • Darren M. Dufrene, 40, of 4137 Aimes Blvd. in Marrero was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with possession of Xanax, drug paraphernalia, no turn signal, failure to stop at a stop sign and improper display of license plate.
  • Clifford Tee Tee Bourgeois Sr., of 317 Fourth St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine to an undercover agent.
  • Terrell Ingram, 30, of 213 Post St. in Killona, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine to an undercover agent.
  • Courtney Jacobs, 47, of 270 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine to an underacover agent.
  • Darrell Johnson, 38, of 139 Union Lane Apt. B in Montz was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with possession of marijuana, no driver’s license and speeding.
  • Alvin Phillips Jr., 47, of 1208 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with assisting in the selling of crack cocaine to an undercover agent.
  • Desmond Pierre, 23, of 222 Second St. in St. Rose was arrrested Nov. 20 and charged with possession of crack cocaine and having an expired brake tag.
  • Ulysses Simmons, 46, of 190 JB Green Road in Des Allemands was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest by violence.
  • Easter Simoneaux, 41, of 827 Milling Ave. in Luling was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the prescence of a juvenile to an undercover agent.
  • Constance H. Usey, 37, of 135 Melonie Dr. in Boutte was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with possession of Xanax, drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer by providing false information and on a St. Charles Sherrif’s Office attachment.
  • Manuel Hernandez, 29, of 1748 Newport Dr. in Kenner was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, no brake lights, expired driver’s license, no regisration and no proof of insurance.

DWI

  • Jacob Markey, 27, 160 Hahn St. in Hahnville was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with DWI, speeding and reckless operation of a vehicle.
  • Timothy Peltier, 48, of 26 Lucille St. in Waggaman was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with DWI, simple criminal damage, reckless operation and suspended driver’s license.

Thefts

  • A 1993 Chevrolet 1500, valued at $8,000, from 209 River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan on Nov. 19.
  • Lap top computer, valued at $2,000, from 600 Paul Frederick St in Luling on Nov. 17.
  • 20″ bicycle, valued at $299, from 300 River Point Drive in Destrehan on Nov. 20.
  • Jewelry, a lap top computer, a camcorder and a voice recorder, valued at $3930, from 470 Marino St. in Norco on Nov. 20.
  • Air compressor, valued at $800, from 105 Church Hill Downs in Montz on Nov. 21.
  • Concrete building ornamental piece, valued at $500, from 111 Ellington Ave. in Luling.
