Sheriff’s Reports 11-29-2006

Clarification: In our Nov. 16 issue, in a police beat item attributed to the Sheriff’s Office, we noted that a nake man exposed himself to an unidentified Norco woman. The woman was fully clothed, not otherwise as the Herald-Guide reported.

Arrests

Busted: for throwing his wife into a closet

•Donald J. Berthelot Jr., 38, of 422 St. Charles St. in Norco was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with second degree battery after he allegedly pushed his wife into a closet during a fight, which caused her to lose unconciousness.

•Quinton Barrow, 19, of 6900 West Creek Haven in Forth Worth, Texas was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and simple battery.

•Vickie M. Naiser, 27, of 6119 Mitchell Ave. in Metairie was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Kerry E. Thomas, 34, of 643 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Theft

•Utility trailer and assorted furniture, valued at $13,200, from 129 Janet Dr., St. Rose, Nov. 14.

•IPOD, 5 inch TV, valued at $396, from 6 Ormond Trace, Destrehan, Nov. 14.

•Sunglasses, valued at $100, from 10 Ormond Trace, Destrehan, Nov. 14.

•1999 Yamaha Motorcycle, valued at $6,100, from 310 Almedia Rd., St. Rose, Nov. 9.

•2005 Chevrolet Malibu, valued at $13,000, from 315 Post St., Killona, Nov. 12.

•Skill saw, valued at $500, from 168 Trosclair Lane, Destrehan, Nov. 13.

•Two pairs of shoes, three Play Station game systems, two game system controllers and two game system memory vards, valued at $755, from 331 Meadows Dr., Destrehan, Nov. 15.

•A .40 caliber Glock, valued at $500, from 1063 Primrose, Luling, on Nov. 15.
