Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law

Arrests

•Rubin Marshall Jr., 35, of 7832 Heather St. in Bridge City, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with possession with intent to distribute a SCH II CDS to wit Codeine.

•Jeannie Marshall, 32, of 403 Perry Lane in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with possession with intent to distribute a SCH II CDS to wit Codeine.

•Carl O. Rabito Sr., 47, of 170 E. Oakland Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Oct. 12 and charged with relative to prohibited acts – doctor shopping.

•Jayme L. Cortez, 27, of 2779 Highway 306 in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 11 and charged with possession of Clonazepam, disturbing the peace and reckless operation.

•Kamilah A. Thomas, 36, of 2 Crepe Myrtle St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with altering a prescription for a CDS.

•Siacha K. Bradley, 26, of 3735 Gibson St. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with forgery.

•Jennifer A. Barrett, 27, of 200 Sunset Court in Hahnville, was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with child desertion.

•Justin M. Lee, 20, of 124 Crochet Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 14 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile, terrorizing and aggravated assault.

•Dara Lynn McDonald, 30, of 205 Barton Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Cheryl Wimbish, 54, of 166 Hollywood Park Drive in Montz, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Jeffrey Y. Jones, 51, of 7719 S. Claiborne Ave. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with D.W.I. and possession of Hydrocodone.

•Kevin Smith, 46, of 843 Camp St. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of a vehicle and driver not licensed.

•Ronnie C. Morgan, 25, of 1210 Mazant St. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with forgery.

•Ricky E. Dean, 22, of 3479 Guelder St. in Ponchatoula, was arrrested on Oct. 17 and charged with aggravate battery, simple battery and worthless checks.

•Mark D. Hills, 20, of 1241 Mazant St. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and simple battery.

Theft

•One hundred feet of copper cables, total value of $1,600, was stolen from 444 Tinney St. in Boutte on Oct. 17.

•Over 500 reinforcement steel bars, total value of $2,200, were stolen from 10783 Highway 90 in Luling on Oct. 17.

•An outboard motor, total value of $3,000, was stolen from 10783 Highway 90 in Luling on Oct. 17.

•A camera, digital photo card and assorted U.S. currency were stolen out of a vehicle at 168 Oaklawn Ridge Lane in St. Rose on Oct. 14.

•A girl’s bicycle, total value of $300, was stolen from 132 Thoroughbred Ave. in Montz on Oct. 14.

•Assorted golf equipment was stolen from 31 Villere Place in Destrehan on Oct. 15.

•A 47” TV, jigsaw, pack of cigarettes and six-pack of beer were stolen from 112 Franklin St. in Luling on Oct. 18.

•A CD player and wedding ring were stolen out of a vehicle at 1114 Gassen St. in Luling on Oct. 18.

•A laptop, DVD player and 46” TV, total value of $2,207, were stolen form 324 Apple St. in Norco on Oct. 19.

•A wrist watch, total value of $4,000, was stolen from 545 West Lawson in New Sarpy on Oct. 18.

•A purse containing credit cards, papers, a driver’s license and checkbook was stolen out of a vehicle at 120 Janet Drive in St. Rose on Oct. 19.

•Assorted computers, TVs, jewelry and video games, DVDs and a suitcase were stolen from 414 Seymore Lane in Luling on Oct. 20.
