Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

•Lloyd Nelson, 45, of 358 2nd St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with possession with intent Schedule II.

•Terron Ingram, 40, of 153 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested on Dec. 10 and charged with simple burglary.

•Ravan Singleton, 25, of 239 Allen Drive in Ama, was arrested on Dec. 10 and charged with theft of goods less than $500, possession of Alprazolam, illegal carrying of weapons, use of firearm in the presence of a CDS and possession of Marijuana (2nd offense).

•Dwayne Smith, 33, of 161 Kennedy St. in Ama, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with theft of auto over $500, simple battery and simple robbery.

•Steve Isaac, 36, of 111 First St. in Boutte, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with theft of goods less than $500, six warrants for theft of goods less than $500 and six warrants for entry/remaining after forbidden.

•Chris Spencer, 32, of 917 Beachgrove St. in Westwego, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with worthless checks $100-$500.

•Murphy LeGaux, 68, of 1046 Luling Estates Drive in Luling, was arrested on Dec. 10 and charged with D.W.I. (2nd offense) and reckless operation.

•Leslie Ann Benz, 29, of 21 Boimarie Ave. in Kenner, was arreste don Dec. 10 and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated – child endangerment.

•Carnell Clofer, 44, of 1205 Cambridge Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with D.W.I. (3rd offense), operating vehicle under suspended license and open container.

•Brandon Dent. 28, of 210 Trailsway in Hahnville, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with D.W.I. (2nd offense), open container, improper control of vehicle and resisting arrest by flight.

•Christopher J. Bovie, 17, of 355 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with possession of stolen property.

•Harry J. Kennedy Jr., 41, of 4840 Dodt Ave. in New Orleans, was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with simple burglary (2 cts.).

•Edward Davis Jr., 35, of 140 Schoolhouse Road in Killona, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with simple robbery.

•Kirby J. Plaisance, 23, of 224 Ellen St. in Ama, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with D.W.I. and not driving in a single lane of traffic.

•Willie A. Russell, 25, of 1964 Mirabeau Ave. in New Orleans, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Rita C. Lirette, 26, of 15297 Highway 631 in Paradis, was arrested on Dec. 13 and charged with obtaining a CDS by fraud (3 cts.), possession of SCH II CDS to wit Hydrocodone, possession of a CDS to wit Carisoprodol and distribution of a SCH IV to wit Alprazolam.

•Aaron J. Brown, 3, of 111 First St. in Boutte, was arrested on Dec. 10 and charged with possession of Marijuana.

•Marlon J. Friloux, 55, of 289 St. Mark St. in Ama, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with distribution of SCH II CDs to wit Oxycodone.

•Donald J. Sumlin, 40, of 3039 Irquios St. in Baton Rouge, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with distribution of SCH II CDS to wit Crack Cocaine, simple battery and sexual battery.

•Michael Thompson, 35, of 324 Barreca St. in Norco, was arrested on Dec. 14 and charged with manufacturing Methamphetamine, distribution of Methamphetamine, creation or operation of a clandestine lab, possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stolen property.

•Dustin C. Morris, 28, of 5495 Highway 18 in St. James, was arrested on Dec. 134 and charged with distribution of SCH III CDS to wit Buprenorphine and introduction of a controlled substance into a penal institution.

Thefts

•A laptop and two TVs were stolen from 13448 Highway 90 in Boutte on Nov. 29.

•A laptop, assorted jewelry and a PlayStation3 were stolen from 159 Lincoln St. in Hahnville on Nov. 29.

•Sixteen 10″ round pen panels for horses, total value of $1,600, were stolen from 661 Highway 306 in Paradis on Nov. 29.

•An iPod, assorted PlayStation3 games, a PlayStation3 gaming system, TV and two guns were stolen from 313 Wade St. in Luling on Nov. 28.

•A cell phone, total value of $300, was stolen from 412 Maryland Ave. in Luling on Dec. 4.

•A Schwinn bike was stolen from 101 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose on Dec. 2.

•An XBox 360 gaming system, assorted games and a blender were stolen out of a vehicle at 240 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte on Dec. 1.

•A radar detector was stolen out of a vehicle at 19 Shadow Lane in Destrehan on Dec. 1.

•A cell phone and three XBox games were stolenf rom 308 Madewood Drive in Destrehan on Dec. 1.

•A 32″ TV was stolen from 504 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on Dec. 2.

•Three metal plates, total value of $3,900, were stolen from 151 W. James Drive in St. Rose on Dec. 2.

•A stove, dresser, bed set, cedar chest and 48″ TV were stolen from 414 S. Kinler St. in Luling on Dec. 3.

•An outboard boat motor, total value of $3,800, was stolen from Highway 61 and Old Oil Bridge Road in St. Rose on Dec. 6.

•A 48″ TV was stolen from 108 Evergreen Court in Luling on Dec. 7.

•A shotgun and a Wii gaming system were stolen from 336 Woodland Drive in Boutte on Dec. 5.

•An AC unit was stolen from 108 Tiger Circle in Hahnville on Dec. 5.

•Two generators were stolen from 235 Anna St. in Ama on Dec. 5.

•Two 32″ TVs were stolen from 104 Julie St. in Paradis on Dec. 8.

•Assorted copper was stolen from 1538 E. Airline Highway in Montz on Dec. 8.

•A 2005 Ford F-350 was stolen from 110 James Drive East in St. Rose on Dec. 8.

•About $45 in cash was stolen out of a vehicle at 134 Spruce St. in Boutte on Dec. 10.

•Miscellaneous CDs, three gold rings, an iPod Touch and miscellaneous medicine, total value of $680, were stolen from 594 W. East St. in New Sarpy on Dec. 9.

•An in-dash car stereo, total value of $900, was stolen out of a vehicle at 54D Brandon Hall in Destrehan on Dec. 9.

•Two XBox games, total value of $140, were stolen from 200 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte on Dec. 10.

•An Apple iPhone, total value of $100, was stolen from 216 Hawthorne Drive in Luling on Dec. 10.

•A bicycle, total value of $100, was stolen from 314 Maryland in Luling on Dec. 10.

•A 12-guage shotgun, total value of $1,200, was stolen from 417 maryland in Luling on Dec. 11.

•Two lawn chairs were stolen from 60 Bernice in Luling on Dec. 11.

•An extension cord, hammer drill, 18-volt drill, skill saw, finish nailer and copper, total value of $2,539, were stolen out of a vehicle at 200 Destrehan Drive in Destrehan on Dec. 10.
