Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

• Todge Scott, 26, of 2139 Paul Maillard Road in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with aggravated burglary – violent and possession of marijuana (two counts).

• Damon Wallace, 29, of 2403 Fig Street in Houma, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things and door to door solicitation prohibited.

• Jason Lemoine, 42, of 2 Maple Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with residential contractor fraud (two counts), operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses and traffic violation.

• Michael Roppolo, 44, of 533 Oak Street in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with domestic abuse battery.

• Dwayne Trahan, 30, of 319 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with simple burglary of immovable structure (two counts). He had an attachment.

• Jessica Prater, 34, of 570 Evangeline Road in Montz, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with telephone communications; improper language; harassment, simple criminal damage to property and domestic abuse battery/child endangerment.

• Justin Winchester, 41, of 417 Linden Street in Metairie, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with residential contractor fraud.

• Jerman Jones, 45, of 241 Bishop Drive in Avondale, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer. He was a fugitive (five counts).

• Kenta Clair, 44, of 213 Priest Street in Avondale, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of stolen things and resisting an officer. She was a fugitive (15 counts).

• Paul Poley Jr., 41, of 2320 Michigan Avenue in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of suboxone, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia and possession of methadone and traffic violation. He was a fugitive (four counts).

• Lacey Ann Richard, 37, of 12715 Hwy. 90 in Luling, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and simple battery. She was a fugitive.

• Amy Shoemaker, 32, of 127 Ormond Meadows Drive, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with DWI (second offense), DWI (third offense), possession of suboxone and traffic violation.
