Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
Arrests
• Yokubi Lewis, 39, of 2146 Wellington Lane in Slidell, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with false personation of a peace officer, and traffic violation.
• Kevin Elliser, 47, of 738 Ruth Street in Avondale, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with theft by embezzlement.
• Johnna August, 33, of 29 Ashland Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment.
• Tia Nicholas, 40, of 825 E. Harding Street in New Sarpy, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with second degree battery. She was a fugitive (two counts) and had an attachment.
• Catelon Bradley, 22, of 4502 Williams Boulevard in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. She had an attachment.
