Arrests
• Jorge Rivas-Lopez, 32, of 110 Louis the 1st Street in Luling, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Haley Rodrigue, 21, of 520 Wall Boulevard in Gretna, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment.
• Tesea Groze, 42, of 344 St. Charles Street in Norco, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia and traffic violation.
• Merrill Marshall Jr., 22, of 1111 Luling Estates Drive in Luling, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of marijuana and traffic violation.
• Kenneth Zuniga, 18, of 4049 E. Loyola Drive in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity and traffic violation.
• Andre Das, 18, of W. Grandlake in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia and transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity.
