Arrests

  • Joseph Wright, 47, of 231 McKinley St. in Houma, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with possession with intent Schedule IV (three counts), distribution or marijuana, possession with intent of Schedule II (three counts) and possession/distribution of a legend drug (seven counts).
  • Taylor Fassbender, 20, of 64B Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested Nov. 14 and charged with possession of SCH II and resisting an officer.
  • Donald Short, 38, of 2314 Liberty St. in New Orleans, was arrested Nov. 19 and charged with stalking (first offense), harassing phone calls and criminal sanctions for operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Kelly Lacy, 45, of 315 Carrollton Ave. in Metairie, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with theft over $25,000.
  • Brandy Harris, 29, of 309 Ash St. in Boutte, was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with fugitive from another agency, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest by violence, battery on a police officer, simple escape, simple criminal damage, public intimidation (five counts) and simple criminal damage $500 to $50,000.
  • John Robinson, 20, of 14925 LA 27 in Dequincy, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with possession of stolen property less than $1,500 and criminal trespassing.
  • Jarrad Hall, 24, of 812 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with simple assault, possession of marijuana, MDMA distribution and use of a firearm with a CDS.
  • Triche Meadors, 32, of 169 Wisner St. in Paradis, was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with possession of Schedule IV, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents

  • Shipping containers at a business located on Airline Highway in St. Rose were forced open and a rear fence cut open on Nov. 20.
  • Vehicle parts were stolen and a door damaged on a vehicle on James Drive East in St. Rose on Nov. 17.
  • A window unit was removed from a residence on Sunset Court in Hahnville on Nov. 18. Several items were moved and a Playstation 3 was stolen.
  • Approximately $11,176 in unauthorized purchases were made on a credit card belonging to a victim residing at Post Street in Luling on Nov. 15.
  • A bicycle valued at approximately $800 was taken from a carport on Oak Manor Lane in St. Rose on Nov. 16.
  • Approximately $5,354 in unauthorized purchases were made on the credit card of a victim who lives on Dianne Drive in St. Rose.
  • Two window air conditioning units valued at approximately $300 each were taken from a carport on Michael St. in Ama on Nov. 16.
  • A padlock to a garage was cut and the feed wire to a video surveillance system cut at a residence on Clayton Drive in Norco on Nov. 22.
  • A pack of light bulbs shipped to a residence on Jane Lane in St. Rose was stolen from the home’s mailbox on Nov. 22.
