Arrests

• Norquell Flowers, 19, of 192 Beck St. in Ama, was arrested July 6 and charged with distribution/possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a firearm with a CDS, possession of a stolen firearm and failure to utilize proper turn signal.
• Richard Barham, 37, of 546 Giacomo St. in Norco, was arrested July 7 and charged simple burglary (two counts) and simple criminal damage.
• Julius Myers, 45, of 292 C Dees Rd., was arrested July 6 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
• Ronald Putfark, 55, of 12225 LA Hwy. 18 in Luling, was arrested July 7 and charged with DWI, failure to use traffic control signal, expired MVI sticker, open container and operating under prior suspension. He was fugitive.
• Jeffrey Miller, 43, of 409 Houma Blvd. in Metairie, was arrested June 30 and charged with simple burglary.
• Terry Gauthier, 36, of 411 East 6th St. in Edgard, was arrested June 30 and charged with established speed zones, reckless operation of a vehicle, violating no passing zone, aggravated flight from officer, possession of marijuana (second offense) and MDMA possession.
• Robert Rodriguez, 27, of 319 West East St. in New Sarpy, was arrested June 30 and charged with disregarding a stop sign, possession of marijuana (first offense) and use of a firearm in presence of CDS.
• Trumaine Howard, 29, of 610 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested June 29 and charged with failure to have proper equipment on vehicle, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana (second offense), use of firearm with CDS and felony carrying of illegal weapon and theft of up to $750.
• Corey Session, 24, of 616 Turtle Creek Lane St. in St. Rose, was arrested June 24 and charged with principal with intent to distribute CDS, aggravated flight from officer, fugitive from another agency, principal to use of firearm with CDS, principal to possession of stolen firearm, principal to possession drug paraphernalia and principal to illegal carrying of weapons.
• Earl Brown, 24, of 533 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested June 24 and charged with resisting an officer, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, use of a firearm with CDS, distribution of drug paraphernalia, fugitive from other agency (six counts), illegal carrying of weapons and possession of stolen firearm.
• Kert Ledet, 32, of 14246 U.S. Hwy. 90 in Boutte, was arrested June 26 and charged with flight from officer, resisting arrest by refusing to provide ID and operating vehicle with suspended driver’s license.
• Walter Austin, 39, of 229 Terrace St. in New Sarpy, was arrested June 26 and charged with illegal use of a weapon.
• Linsey McNeese, 30, of 425 Belmont Drive in LaPlace, was arrested June 27 and charged with theft up to $750.
• Wilbert Joseph, 53, of 237 Good Children St. in Boutte, was arrested June 25 and charged with possession of crack, possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated burglary.
• Ron Storks, 21, of 1 Summerton Drive in St. Rose, was arrested June 25 and charged with expired inspection sticker, no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana (first offense) and illegal carrying of weapon with CDS.
• Jared Hebert, 25, of 601 Palm St. in LaPlace, was arrested June 26 and charged with improper lane use, approaching emergency vehicle, no proof of insurance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam, use of a firearm with CDS and was a fugitive from another agency.
• Katlyn Laiche, 17, of 1304 Madewood Drive in LaPlace, was arrested June 26 and charged with principal to use of firearm with CDs, principal to possession of CDS (alprazolam) and principal to possession of CDS (methamphetamine).
