Arrests
• Elcee Guillard, 35, of 337 Jeffer Drive in Westwego, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with hit and run, aggravated criminal damage to property, reckless operation, disturbing the peace and suspended driver’s license.
• Nicholas Deslatte, 41, of 331 Mimosa Drive in Luling, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with theft from a building and simple criminal damage to property.
• Freddie Smith, 56, of 3151 Plymouth Street in New Orleans, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with simple burglary.
• Brandon Laws, 29, of 2715 Verbena Street in New Orleans, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.
• Joseph Martin, 35, of 4152 Lac Bienville in Harvey, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things. He was a fugitive (two counts).
• Leonard Hampton, 42, of 1000 Bengal Road in Metairie, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.
• Dillon Bonvillain, 29, of 124 Vogt Drive in Belle Chasse, was arrested Dec. 2 and charged with theft.
• Davlyn Noland, 35, of 121 Peach Street in Hahnville, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of suboxone, possession of cocaine and possession of legend drug. She had an attachment (two counts).
• Patrick Murray, 56, of 1 River Briar Court in Destrehan, was arrested Dec. 3 and charged with possession of heroin, no insurance, vehicle registration expired, possession of Schedule II, possession of Schedule IV and possession of legend drug.
• Chelsea Granger, 33, of 20119 Daniel Lane in Plaquemine, was arrested Nov. 30 and charged with possession of fentanyl and taking contraband to a penile institution.
• Melinda Kelly, 63, of 804 Luling Avenue in Luling, was arrested Dec. 1 and charged with illegal possession of stolen firearm and possession of methamphetamine.
• Charles Baker, 56, of 802 Mongrue in Luling, was arrested Dec. 1 and charged with illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of counterfeit CDS and possession of cocaine.
