Sheriff’s Reports 6-5-2014

•Alceste Arabie, 52, of 115 Destrehan Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on May 23 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana first offense, use and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of someone under 17 and possession of a stolen firearm.

•Walter Cantrelle, of 1800 Bayou Road in Donaldsonville, was arrested on May 26 and charged with DWI, improper control of vehicle and expired driver’s license.

•Christopher Morris, 45, of 43001 Bayou Narcisse in Gonzales, was arrested on May 28 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, license suspended, possession of marijuana first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts as a fugitive from another agency.

•Stephen Taylor, 47, of 1933 Williamsburg Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on May 28 and charged with second-offense DWI, improper control of vehicle, operating vehicle with a suspended license, no liability insurance and possession and distribution of a pharmaceutical drug.

•Christopher Mills, 26, of 14841 U.S. 90 in Boutte, was arrested on May 25 and charged with schedule III drug possession and disturbing the peace.

•Karl Champagne Jr., 52, of 337 St. Charles St. in Hahnville, was arrested on May 23 and charged with improper turn signal, possession of heroin, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Nicholaus Boudloche, 32, of 124 River Oaks Drive in Luling, was arrested on May 24 and charged with possession of synthetic marijuana first offense, possession of a schedule I narcotic and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Eric Serigny, 37, of 196 E. 59th St. in Cut Off, was arrested on May 27 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and suspended driver’s license.

•Chester Agullard, 49, of 136 Frederick Road in Terrytown, was arrested on May 25 and charged with DWI – child endangerment, speeding and two seat belt violations.

•Robert Harrison Jr., 64, f 7900 Patricia St. in Chalmette, was arrested on May 24 and charged with second offense DWI and improper control of vehicle.

•William Tizzard Sr., 55, of 182 Villere Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on May 24 and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated criminal damage to property.

•Daniel Harris, 58, of 108 Pitt Road in Boutte, was arrested on May 24 and charged with second-offense DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle,and open alcohol container in vehicle.

•Lisa Demoss, 38, of 20 Ashland Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on May 24 and charged with fourth- offense DWI, ignition interlock device off, restricted license and texting while operating a motor vehicle.

•Darius Crump, 48, of 1408 N. Sugar Ridge in LaPlace, was arrested on May 23 and charged with second-offense DWI, failing to obey police and traffic signs, failing to keep to the right side of the road and open alcohol container in vehicle.

•Christy Tregre, 41, of 804 Luling Ave. in Luling, was arrested on May 25 and charged with DWI and following a vehicle too close.

•Ethaniel Riley Jr., 35, of 10 Jasmine Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on May 26 and charged with DWI and speeding.

•Jeanne Jourdan, 32, of 22822 Citation Road in Destrehan, was arrested on May 24 and charged with aggravated assault.

•Norwood Lainta, 55, of 300 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on May 26 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a suspended driver’s license.

•Brittney Smith, 26, of 304 E. Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on May 26 and charged with issuing worthless checks between $100-$500.

•Tavalyn Sessions, 37, of 290 2nd St. in St. Rose, was arrested on May 22 and charged with theft under $500, motor vehicle in need of two headlamps and driver’s license not on person.

Thefts

•Ten bottles of freon were stolen from 215 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling on May 21.

•Two purses and a school bag were stolen out of a vehicle at 58 Dianne Place in St. Rose on May 21.

•A cell phone was stolen from East Harding and 8th St. in New Sarpy on May 19.
