Sheriff’s Report 1-24-2013

•Paul Morris, 42, of 364 2nd St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with theft under $500 and criminal trespass.

•Dequinn A. Williams, 18, of 13486 U.S. 90 in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with second-degree battery and simple battery.

•Casey A. Gorman, 21, of 480 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.

•Danny P. Simoneaux Jr., 22, of 35 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.

•Brent T. Robert, 31, of 145 Robert St. in Ama, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with D.W.I. and driving roadway lane of traffic.

•Burton Paul Schexnaydre III, 29, of 2912 Cambridge Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with simple burglary.

•Thomas Taylor, 58, of 11 Maria Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with D.W.I., vehicle not using head lamps and speeding.

•Thomas J. Quinn, 37, of 279 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, hit and run and suspended driver’s license.

•Albert Henderson, 40, of 344 Goodchildren St. in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of crack cocaine.

•Aaron M. Landry, 32, of 452 Julia St. in Hahnville, was arrested on Jan. 13 and charged with theft $100-$500, burglary of a moveable and criminal trespass.

•Walter Murray Sr., 50, of 274 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with sex offender – failure to notify of address change.

•Leroy Johnson, 20, of 341 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested on Jan. 10 and charged with three counts of simple burglary, simple criminal damage under $500, resisting an officer, battery on a police officer, possession and dealing of a firearm with an obliterated identification and felon carrying an illegal weapon.

•Javon Bujol, 19, of 2314 Louisiana Ave. in Lutcher, was arrested on Jan. 10 and charged with three counts of simple burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, possession of a firearm with narcotics, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Rondelle Celestine, 29, of 1107 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with second-degree battery, an SCSO attachment and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•David L. Mackenzie, 36, of 100 Lance Lane #47 in Luling, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Barry M. Callahan, 47, of 247 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with D.W.I., speeding, suspended driver’s license and open container.

•Juan C. Alvarez, 21, of 1525 U.S. 61 Hwy. in LaPlace, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with D.W.I., driver’s license not on person, hit and run and open container.

Thefts

•A flat screen TV was stolen from 130 Cottage Drive in Luling on Jan. 14.

•A 2011 car hauler trailer was stolen from 14485 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis on Jan. 10.

•Assorted computer cords, assorted fishing rods and reels, five vintage copper tractor radiators and assorted steel chains were stolen from 14810 Cajun Paradis Road in Paradis on Jan. 15.

•A pair of sandals and three Xbox games were stolen from 244 Riverpoint Drive in Destrehan on Jan. 15.

•Assorted copper wire was stolen from 107 Lac Sauvage in Luling on Jan. 15.

•An iPhone and a phone case were stolen from 10131 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on Jan. 16.

•A tool box containing assorted tools and an iPhone with a case were stolen from 17625 LA 18 in Taft on Jan. 9.

•Two backpacks and assorted DVDs were stolen from 541 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose on Jan. 9.

•A camouflage hunting bag, a shotgun and shotgun shells were stolen from 315 Sharon Blvd. in Boutte on Jan. 9.

•A Playstation 3 gaming system and assorted games were stolen from 172 Norman Lane in Des Allemands on Jan. 8.

•Assorted jewelry, cash and a 42-inch TV were stolen from 303 Acorn St. in Boutte on Jan. 8.

•A cell phone and a cell phone case were stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Boutte on Jan. 8.

•A bicycle was stolen from 250 Destrehan Drive in Destrehan on Jan. 8.

•Assorted cast aluminum was stolen from Hwy. 90 and Twin Bridge Road in Des Allemands on Jan. 7.

•A laptop was stolen from 115 Pelican St. in Destrehan on Jan. 7.

•A wallet containing assorted ID cards was stolen out of a vehicle at 121 Pine St. in Boutte on Jan. 2.

•A GPS, assorted fishing equipment and a shovel were stolen from the Bonnet Carre Spillway in Norco on Jan. 2.

•A satellite dish was stolen from 14423 LA 635 Lot A in Paradis on Jan. 1.

•Assorted Xbox games, assorted clothing and men’s cologne were stolen from 244 RiverPoint Drive in Destrehan on Dec. 27.

•A pair of boots and assorted clothing were stolen from 110 E. James Drive in St. Rose on Dec. 28.

•A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle at 63 Carriage Lane in Destrehan on Dec. 29.

•Four Saints tickets, assorted change, a .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun, a parking pass and three cigars were stolen out of a vehicle at 1255 Primrose Drive in Destrehan on Dec. 29.

•A pair of Beats by Dre head phones were stolen from 1264 LA 52 in Luling on Dec. 30.

•Nine 12 volt batteries were stolen out of three trucks at 101 Delta Drive Suite R in St. Rose on Dec. 31.

•A 60-inch TV was stolen from 122 First St. #5 in Boutte on Dec. 31.

•A stereo was stolen out of a vehicle at 200 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte on Dec. 31.

•A vehicle dash board with gauges was stolen out of a vehicle at 113 Savannah Drive in Luling on Jan. 1.

•A 2000 Ford truck was stolen from 296 Killona Drive in Killona on Dec. 26.

•Two TVs, a speaker box and assorted furniture were stolen from 13935 U.S. 90 in Boutte on Dec. 26.

•A camo jacket, a surround sound system, a smart tablet, a 52-inch TV, a silver chain with a cross, a Playstation 3 gaming system and a gold ring with diamonds, valued together at $2,270, were stolen from 142 Blueberry Hill Drive in Boutte on Dec. 21.

•An iPad valued at $400 was stolen from 333 Sharon Ave. in Boutte on Dec. 25.

•A 2012 Kia, valued at $30,000, was stolen from 304 Balboa Dr. in Luling on Dec. 25.

•A Santa Clause and alligator light set were stolen from 311 Notaway Drive in Destrehan on Dec. 25.

•A semi-automatic pistol was stolen from 132 Montpelier St. in Boutte on Dec. 24.

•An air compressor, a red 10-speed bicycle and three feet of corrugated tin, valued together at $505, were stolen from 1114 LA 52 in Luling on Dec. 23.

•A .45 caliber stainless steel semi-automatic handgun, valued at $800, was stolen from a vehicle at 213 Mark Drive in Bayou Gauche on Dec. 23.
